I accompanied my daughter into hmv a lounge fly bag in the store shop window drew her attention as I bought her a nightmare before christmas bag for her birthday in September 2023 and spend £190. We where greeted with a cheerful hello from jori and she explained all about the bag and new lounge fly bags coming into the store and talked about powder puff bags which my daughter loves. She was so very polite and helpful . I spent £27.94 on cds I wanted instead of ordering on ebay from sellers because she was so very helpful this was at swindon store 551. Another staff member helped me I wanted iron on patches but was looking at stickers she also was helpful but jori excelled. My daughter spent over £90.00 and purchased her lounge fly bag. She also gave us updates on other lounge fly bags coming in and powder puff girls. She thanked us for our purchases and wished us a good afternoon. Exception service

This is store and the staff are very helpful.
The staff in Swindon HMV were very helpful in the item I wanted and was there to help with my request straight away.. service was on point.

The shop assist and was cheerful and helpful. Everything was dealt with efficiently. It is great to know that good face to face shop service still exists in spite of the decline in the high street. I prefer to visit a shop and am saddened to see so many shops closing. So to have such a positive experience helps to redress the balance.

I haven’t been in HMV in years
I haven’t been in HMV in years, unfortunately someone bought me a vinyl for Xmas which I already had, so I had to to take it back to my local store in Swindon, the man who served me couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried, a credit to HMV if only more people were like him

Great online service.
Very easy to order & arrange delivery. Arrived within a couple of days, intact and in good condition. Personally I prefer to go to the shop and browse but I would recommend this service.
