Staff are great and easy to shop :)
This HMV is my local one and i usually shop for Kpop albums or at the t-shirts (occasionally the tech or gift items) and it used to be frustrating but a month or two ago they reorganised the kpop section and it’s much better (also means i’ve spent a lotttt more money than planned lol). The staff are always lovely, especially Connie who’s helped me multiple times and is always extremely welcoming and sweet.

Luv a movie night
Connie has been very helpful quite a few time's now I luv vampire and horror movies 🎬 Connie tells me what's out or coming out also l really wanted to see the movie Bullitt with Steve McQueen ordered and received quite quickly I will be in again in the near future happy day's

The salesperson at the Harlequin Centre…
The salesperson at the Harlequin Centre Watford was very helpful. The CDs that I wanted was in store and another she offered to order and either collect at store or have it posted to. I chose to have CD posted. Was given all the relevant information. I thought she was great ambassador for HMV. She seemed to take pleasure in her job.

Superb service
The items were delivered on time and packed really well,
I was anxious that it did not contain 2 LPs so once the checks had been done and the till cleared the girl urged me to open the parcel to check.
She understood my situation.
