Smooth and Pleasant In-Store Experience
The staff at HMV were very friendly and helpful. She answered my questions clearly, and I was able to pick up my item smoothly. Thank you very much!

Great vibe
The staff at the watford hmv store were all super friendly and chatty! It was cool they were smiling and chilled. Great bunch of people to talk to about films and music etc

I like the staff in your Watford store - young, smiley and very helpful. Also, the store usually has the CDs I'm looking for - less popular new releases.

Order paid for but not available to collect
I ordered a calendar to the Watford store on 23rd Nov. Didn’t receive an email to let me know whether it had arrived. Went back on 12th Dec and was told the calendar has already been sent back because I didn’t collect within 2 weeks. I have checked and have not been reimbursed.

Excellent Sales Assistant and customer service
Sales assistant was excellent, very helpful, found everything I needed and placed order for me. Great shop, haven't been in an HMV for years and was really pleased with the service and the range of music available.
