I moved address
I moved address. Ordered.
And my dvds sent to old address.
Although I did not get them in time for my birthday. I thought I'd not only lose the 3 dvds but also the money.
Delighted it all turned out well in the end.
Worried about ordering in yhe future as I cannot update my new address in my HMV account so it seems that's the end of my purchases with HMV and is why I give ☆☆☆ stars.
😞 I cannot update my new address in my account like every other account I have, whether bank account or energy and internet.
Bizzare HMV does not allow this.

It was just as cheap to purchase DVDs as to buy a digital version. Made the order through HMV to be delivered to my local store. Easy to order and arrived well within time. I cannot fault the whole service.

The disks were delivered to my local…
The disks were delivered to my local HMV. I had to produce my driving licence to prove who I was. But, the whole process went very smoothly.
The staff have a lot of Anime knowledge and were quick to suggest other possible purchases
