Hollins & Hollinshead Opiniões

From initial browse to delivery nothing short of exceptional, price, product, delivery were excellent. No prompt for a review either! A refreshing experience and would definitely recommend and use in future.

Customer service was shocking, even after £800 spent they just couldn't be bothered to help me.

My daughter has been in to have her watch adjusted today only to be made very unwelcome
Not speaking to her and being rude when she did say something
Not acceptable and no way to run a business
Will use els where in future

It was the congleton store

The purchase offered great value, and the delivery was superb.

Excellent delivery and value for money purchase

My order was promptly and efficiently dealt with. I bought the watch as a gift for an elderly parent with failing eyesight. The recipient was delighted with it as the face is easy to read and the contrast between the dial and the hands is much better than the existing watch, which even I struggled to read. All round an excellent experience.

Fast and efficient service. I will definitely use again. Have told friends.👍

Great service, despatched exactly as I requested, quality item at an excellent price. All good!

Great company deals with things speedily.

Very good website, and our offer was delivered very quickly. Great service and a lovely product.

I ordered a watch. It was delivered very quickly but when I got it I decided it wasn't quite what I was looking for after all. I contacted Hollins and Hollinshead to arrange a return. They were very helpful, provided free return postage and I had my account credited in a couple of days. Exemplary customer service which a lot of other companies could learn from. Needless to say I wholeheartedly recommend this company and I will confidently buy from them in the future

Great price and was delivered v quickly. Fantastic service.

Very quick delivery

Bought several watches from this company, great and timely response to queries, very quick processing and dispatch. Good selection of products and to me great value for money.

would give this shop HOLLINS HOLLINSHEAD 5 STARES

initial enquiry answered instantly. watch ordered, strap shortened and still arrived the next morning Astonishing. I wish all retailers operated so well !!

I recently purchased a Seiko 5 Sports SXNS ‘Deep Black Wash’ from the online store. Usually when I buy watches, I like to do it in person. However due to the great value of the watch on offer and distance I would have to travel, I have bought online. The process was quick and simple. After purchase, I quickly received confirmation of my order along with tracking details. Just over a day later, the watch arrived. The box was well packaged and secure, which was easily enough to protect the watch. Which itself looks absolutely fantastic! Pristine condition, not a single mark, fingerprint or hint of damage. I cannot fault Hollins & Hollinshead. 5* I would highly recommend. I am very much looking forward to purchasing from them again. Thank you!
