Its literally been almost a month, and they still haven't delivered my jacket. they told me it will be dispatched by 5th of February but it hasn't. Never trusting them anymore.

Pathetic experience! I ordered 2 jackets on a pre order with 100% advance payment in December! It’s February & I’ve yet not received the jackets! There’s no where to reach their team on their website neither do they send any email. I reached out to them on Instagram multiple times, they replied after weeks saying it’ll be dispatched on a certain day but it’s still not dispatched. I’m taking a legal action on this brand and will make sure they stop scamming people.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this website. I paid €70 for an item on November 20, 2025, and never received it.

I tried contacting the seller multiple times:
• Emails/messages were ignored.
• They directed me to Instagram, but I never received any reply.

Despite providing proof of purchase and repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the seller refuses to respond.

This is unreliable and fraudulent behavior. Do not trust this site with your money.

I ordered a jacket a month ago received it today. to my surprise they have sent a dirty cloth instead stay away from this brand. i ordered because i thought the instagram page has blue tick but it is a scam

Please avoid this brand total scam they don't reply to customer service no updates been months waiting for the order please don't ever buy from them fake hype

How is this brand not sued to oblivion yet 😭 they literally DM'ed me saying sorry we forgot to deliver your product that you paid for. oops. hahaha

They can't even redeliver by the way, all they can do is "waive cancellation/refund FEES" like why are there fees at all for this

placed a pre-order at Dec 6th never got my order it's Jan 10th told me that they sold out and can't deliver my order?? and then haven't refunded my order when they said they will

Ordered a pair of pants on October 4th its now January 8 and I never got my order any shipping links they send arent helpful and they only replied once and dont respond to email or messages. Absolutely dreadful and a waste of money. Shop somewhere else.

Ordered a product more than a month ago. No reponse to emails, insta dms and no shipment yet.

they have a tiny text that says "preorder" and a huge button saying "add to cart" its so easy to miss, I unfortunately placed an order, messaged them on instagram where they pointed out that it was a preorder.

but, the delivery date was supposed to be 1 month ago and still no communications from them, any emails to their support just automates a reply that says "please message on instagram" and if I do it now, I don't get any response. they don't give you an option to cancel or refund.

So unfortunately it’s a straight up scam. They took my money and never sent me the items I ordered. I contacted customer support over and over again. They have now stopped replying to me completely whatever you do don’t spend your money on this website as you definitely won’t be getting anything in return

It has been 2.5 months since my order, haven’t received it, this site is a scam avoid as much as possible. They will randomly ghost you on their only support platform that is Instagram. AVOID

Placed an order a month ago, it was a pre order apparently but the website didn't specify it until u open the shipping mini tab. It was supposed to dispatch after 26th dec. 3rd Jan now, I tried to mail them, dm them on insta but no response whatsover, checked the website again and now the shipping tab says it'll dispatch after 10th Jan. Still confused what's going on, I tried to ask them what is going on but they haven't replied at all. For a brand that considers itself "premium" its absolute shit. Dk about the quality of the clothing because they didn't foking send shit.

I placed an order for a jacket two weeks ago and have followed up four times with no response whatsoever. For a brand that calls itself “premium,” this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable.

You will definitely get the order but the waiting time of pre orders are too much
and they need to implement call centre for better clarity.
You can trust the brand but need to improve presentation when I got the product inside the hoodie there are lots of threads pieces and stains on the hoodies. Also you are planning to buy yeti hoodie is not for winter you can wear it on light Cold.

I ordered one of their hoodies as well as pants . The quality of the fabric and design is honestly very impressive. The zipper on the hoodie seems a bit clanky but honestly not that big of an issue. Where the company takes a hit is on the customer service and delivery. I ordered another one of their products recently but there’s been no clarity on when the product is arriving , any updates etc. but overall if you do not mind the waiting time and a lil bit of a risk of defective product then its a go to brand. Although a lil bit on the expensive side it’s still comparatively affordable considering the quality of the fabric

I placed an order on 1st dec and it’s been over 6 days with zero updates from Holyheaden. I had to follow up multiple times on email and Instagram, and only after 6 days I finally got a reply saying my order is “pre-ordered” and will be delivered post 22nd.

This makes no sense to me, how can a hoodie take this long, when even international deliveries don’t take so much time?

Also, this pre-order information was never mentioned anywhere on the website ,not on the product page, not in the delivery details, nowhere. If something is a pre-order, customers should be clearly informed before placing an order.

What’s worse is the struggle to even get a response, forget about getting my money back.
In this era, seeing such Indian website treat Indian customers like this is honestly frustrating. Instead of supporting customers, the brand is making people suffer with delays, no communication, and unclear policies.

This entire experience feels irresponsible and borderline scammy.
If this is how a startup operates ,hiding important details, delaying orders, and not responding to customers, then such a website really shouldn’t be running.
