I ordered a Bose Bass Module 700. On opening the box, I found the glass top of the unit to be damaged. I contacted the company, but instead of agreeing to replace the unit, I was accused of damaging it myself. I ended up having to contact Bose directly, who arranged pick-up and replacement of the product themselves. Unacceptable customer service and in particular accusatory behaviour by their employees.

Great customer service. I was shipped the wrong colour product, they quickly arranged for a pickup of the wrongly shipped device and a right coloured replacement. Thank you!

There was a week delay after ordering from Home AV Direct, so i called them. they said they were waiting for stock or the colour item i ordered. they said they had other colours in stock if i didnt want to wait. I changed to the stock coloured item and it was delived the next day!

After an initial minor hiccup, the pair of white speaker stands for my Concept 20 speakers were delivered 15 min into the 1-h delivery slot. I was most impressed by the delivery information sent to me by DPD. The stands are superb, and were easy to assemble.
