Do not deal with this company. I returned a damaged subwoofer to this crowd and could not get my refund from them. Luckily enough I paid with paypal and got a refund from them. I was originally also promised a refund for courier to return the sub but I am currently on a mission to get this back from them.

My order (a pair of Bose speakers) arrived promptly and everything was as expected.

Great service! I spoke to a gentleman named Vee and he talked me through all of the different items I could put into my cinema room and he was very polite and helpful. Would recommend people to ask for him when they need anything from Home Av Direct.

Do not touch this company they will gladly sell you electronic goods but when it develops a fault, and it will, you might as well try to get an audience with the Pope because it will be easier than trying to deal with this lot

I decided that a Soundbar would improve the sound of my newish Sony TV. I am a member of Which and their recommendation - at a sensible price is the QAcustics Media 4. A quick Google search showed both Amazon and HomeAVDirect. I have Amazon Prime but as their offering was fulfilled by a third party and that can cause difficulty with warranty claims I plumbed for HomeAVDirect.
Good choice. Excellent website, easy purchase and the usual excellent delivery by DPD.
I should point out that because I didn’t check my email junk folder for their confirmation email I called the company to enquire about delivery. Once again excellent service and got straight through to a real and helpful person.
All in all for me this has been a good experience and I am very happy to recommend this company.
Oh and by the way the Soundbar is really good. Win Win

Bought the Bose Lifestyle 600 in white. I ordered online at 8pm. And it was shipped the next day and arrived in excellent condition the following day. I called the morning after to check they had in stock which they did and was told exactly when I would recieve my order. Very friendly on the phone and didn’t feel like I was bothering asking a silly question so soon after ordering. Later that afternoon my tracking number said it had been cancelled so again I called and it was just an issue with a double ticket being produced and again very friendly on the phone and new email sent with new tracking number sent while on the phone. In terms of price it was the best price I found on the internet and free 24 hour shipping as well. Product was £450 cheaper than the registered Bose shop so cant complain at that. I will use again next time I need anything. Cheap and friendly and excellent customer service. No complaints from me.

Very fast delivery; plus they gave a 1 hour time slot for when it would arrive; and it arrived within that hour! Well done - so many seem to find it difficult to specify morning or afternoon!
Enjoying the AQ speakers which although not their latest model are amazing for the price and seem to perform well with a variety of styles of music from classical through blues, jazz and rock. The reviews I read before buying seem to have been on the money.

Initially i was impressed to receive order after 2 days, only to discover i had half of what i sent for not delivered. Still waiting for 1 item so not impressed really.

Fantastic service, only problem I have which isn't the company's fault is that the Bose 700 soundbar doesn't work through the HDMI ARC. I either get no sound through the speaker or it forces it to source 1.

Buying audio isn’t something I do often, but when I do I like to get it right.

Ordered late in the evening and arrived next day

First time I've ordered from AV direct so I was naturally a bit wary. But it was one of only two places stocking the items I wanted (KEF ceiling speakers and cans) and the Trustpilot reviews were good (a 10% discount for buying two of the speakers was an added bonus), so I pressed ahead.
I thought Covid might cause a delay, but it didn't. The order was despatched next day (I was well past the same-day cut off when I ordered) and delivered by DPD within 48 hours.
The items were well-packaged and in perfect condition when I opened them.
So on price, availability, ease of ordering and speed of service, I'd give them 5 stars and I'd definitely use them again.
