Eventually...but it shouldn't be this difficult
Order placed online, to be ready for Monday collection. Monday came and went.
Went to collect next day - still not in? Delivered, appaerntly, as I was leaving store.
Went to collect next day - handed similar but incorrect item. Went back into store to finally collect correct item, three visits and three days late.

Everything I ordered was ready within…
Everything I ordered was ready within an hour as stated. I didn't pick up until a couple of days later and was found and bought to me promptly.

Soon as I collected the bulbs I planted them…
Soon as I collected the bulbs I planted them, one was very tiny like a pea bulb another 1 was like a bean 3rd one was like a grape size , I was very disappointed and now still waiting fir them to show any form of growing which they are not very very disappointed#

Brilliant helpful staff,always friendly, helped to bring heavy chair to our car. The staff at til gave us really useful advice on how to lay our floor tiles. We really appreciate them all.

A proper DIY store
Was really easy to order what I wanted, you can get a lot of things in Homebase that you used to be able to get in all DIY stores, but now only seem to be available in Homebase, keep it up guys. No hassle picking up my order, and really helpful, friendly staff.

Excellent click & collect order
I placed a click and collect order at my local Lowestoft store, I received a call to say that they had none of the size I wanted so they have me the larger bags instead, This was a nice gesture from Beccy, when I went to collect I purchased my other items and Beccy sorted out my order, this was so quick and professional. The service I received was excellent thank you to Homebase, Beccy and the Lowestoft team
