we ordered a chest of drawers via the range for this company, originally they only sent one of the boxes which is fine as they sent the box quick, this seemed fine. little did we know this was the start, 2 weeks later we had the second box! perfect! lets get started, we open and get the parts out and see we are missing 7 parts with like 5-6 of those each, we get them to send us the more missing parts, which they do. we then get these parts and find out after they arrive that again something is wrong with the fronts of the drawers they do not fit with the sides, so we contact them again. they give no guidance through all this just an AI text response of "sorry for any inconvenience" every time so again they send us the fronts of the drawers, fats forward to today and AGAIN the parts do not fit. they won't accept a return because we don't have the original box and we have half their stock room in the our dining room just for a chest of drawers. so we've taken the loss of money and will never purchase from this company again.

Item description not accurate
Ordered 2 radiator covers from B&Q marketplace which came from Home discount. They were meant to arrive withing 48 hours.. they took 10 days in total, they seemed to have got sent to the wrong place. unaware if this was caused by the company or the courier EVRI as no one seemed to know. They have now arrived and we are quite dissappointed. They are advertised as grey and are clearly more of an olive green colour. Several of the pre drilled holes were not drilled enough either. B&Q themselves were very helpful and apologetic. Just a shame so many products they sell now are from other companies.

I am sorry but unfortunately the order number provided is not an order number format that I recognise. However, I have searched the database, but it does not bring up an order. I have also searched with the email address, but again, it does not bring up an order. As I am unable to find an order, I am unable to assist as it looks like the order was placed with a different company.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Sent me a message at 9.15 saying my item was out for delivery. Waited in all day. No parcel. No update. No response to my messages to them.
What a waste of time.
Strongly suggest not doing business with these people.

No Returns allowed in Reality!
This company is guilty of sharp practice. they advertise that they accept returns but in reality insist that the return is by courier that is very expensive, so expensive it makes the return not viable financially !!!
They will not accept returns unless by expensive courier.

this is a scam company. Trading through high street names. Bought a bed through what i thought was B&Q. It was never delivered kept saying sorry I missed you even though i was in. At one point the delivery driver turned up at my house sat outside and drove away. Tried to get my money back through B&Q but they washed hands of it. Contacted seller numerous times for refund no adequate response its a joke. DONT ORDER FROM THEM SAVE YOUR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS....
