Archie Garden Furniture
I've had excellent customer service from start to finish with Home Plus Ashford. I rang to check on my order several times and was always given accurate information. Vicky in customer services was absolutely fantastic—nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to help with every enquiry. Five stars for her!
A big thank you also to Nick and Ruddock, the delivery drivers. They arrived on time, kept me updated, unpacked my furniture, and even helped place it in the perfect spot in my garden. Their service really went above and beyond.
The garden furniture is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Excellent communication, outstanding customer service, and a fantastic delivery experience. I highly recommend Home Plus Ashford and will definitely shop with them again!

Superb service

Really good service and kept updated regarding delivery. Received confirmation and phone call prior to delivery. Items arrived on time and the delivery team were excellent, Very friendly, helpful and took care with taking items upstairs not to knock walls. I will definitely be ordering again.

Bought a teak bench with cushion, choice of colours, went for green. Really pleased with the quality of both, easy to assemble and sturdy. Delivery took a few days, company kept in touch. Delivery cost was £35 but the price including delivery was still highly competitive. Very pleased overall, would recommend

Really professional service from start to finish. I placed my order on line. Within an hour or so I got a phone call to arrange my delivery. Day of delivery my piece of furniture was delivered. Guys delivering very helpful placed it exactly where asked. It was packed really good so furniture was protected. Once unwrapped and in location the quality of my cabinet is really good. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love the Gloucester furniture.
Had a couple of hiccups but it was sorted very quickly. Vicky in the office was brilliant. Such a caring lady. So helpful. She went above and beyond to sort my furniture for me. I most definitely would recommend homeplus furniture. I've seen a dining room table and chairs I would like once I've paid for my living room furniture. Both times the delivery guys have been respectful of my home. Thank you.

Very good the furniture was delayed by…
Very good the furniture was delayed by about 3 weeks but they kept us informed. The actual tall boy is a beautiful quality and around £160 cheaper than other suppliers . Really pleased with it .

Was kept informed of delivery all way through,only just over 1 week from ordering.Delivery people excellent,friendly and very helpful. Furniture as described in good condition,my only disappointment was that the drawers are very small.

Customer Service
Table base was scratched. I contacted them with close up pictures but they wanted more ?? I explained what I sent was the damaged part and couldn’t give them anything else different. The scratches were small and to anyone else looking they would never notice. However a new item should be perfect. After a lot of backwards and forwards I asked if they’d consider a small refund as packaging it up to send back would have been a nightmare. Eventually they agreed and I accepted. Customer service were always very polite and quick to respond but were asking the impossible . A photo is a photo. I sent 3 or 4 all close up and you couldn’t miss the damage. However all ended well and I do have to say the table is an amazing piece of excellent quality furniture. Difficult to assemble though !
