I really enjoyed the experience, the wine was great and the event was ran very smoothly.

I recently went to a wine event and had such a great time. The wines were amazing, and the whole vibe was really relaxed and friendly. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do, and it made the experience even better. Bethany especially made me feel welcome, and her warm hospitality made everything run smoothly.

Excellent selection of wines, especially Burgundy, plus the team is lovely. Highly recommended.

They have fairly competitive prices on some wines but their shipping service was poor. In spite what their email said, it was impossible to track the delivery. They didn't give any warning even of the day of the delivery (let alone a time-slot). The simply showed up in the middle of a random day, when like most people I was at work. Then they attempted to re-deliver and did it at the wrong address! I was lucky that the person who got the parcel was so kind to walk to my place to deliver it himself. Communications were initially on the curt side and short of apologies, but when senior people got involved they dealt with the matter with courtesy and promised to improve their shipping procedures.

Very difficult to get hold of anyone (email, live chat and phone) but once I did after weeks of trying they did get things sorted quickly.

Placed an order for 2 glasses on the 28th May after the website showed 12 in stock. Got an email on the 30th saying that there was only 1 in stock and did I want a refund.

I requested a refund and never received a response. I emailed Dylan who had offered me the email and received nothing at all in response. I called within opening hours and got the answering machine saying that they were closed. When I eventually did get through I was told I would get my refund but never got a conformation email or any other tangible thing.

Fast forward to the 6th June and I still hadn't heard anything :-/ I sent an email to their general site address threatening to escalate it to Mastercard if I wasn't refunded within 24 hours and within 2 hours a refund had been issued. Still not had any correspondence or any reply to my email.

To me this says that they're ignoring their customers and holding onto money as they somehow managed to refund me very quickly once I threatened to get Mastercard involved. A simple reply from Dylan or anyone else in the team could have prevented this situation from happening.

Wine perfect! Price reasonable. Shipper horrible!

I reordered a case of wine as I really liked the selection. However their shipper (ParcelForce) is claiming they made a delivery attempt and left a card. ParcelForce never showed up and sent the case back to sender 10 days after I have placed the order.

I understand these are challenging times.. but please don't claim a delivery has made while it has not.
