Hi we have just booked with Kriki she…

Hi we have just booked with Kriki she really looked after our flights to Goa. We got a good price. The reason I have gave a 3 star I booked with eve last year with Hoodaki.com , flight got cancelled with the war had to get new flights costing £2200 and you offered £80 each as a Refund. Not happy 😒

Roger from Hoodaki customer service has helped us with all our queries patiently and managed to find us a good flight ticket to Tokyo. Thank you very much Roger. I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends. I hope you can help us again on our next trip.🙏🏽🙏🏽 🙏🏽

Service need better communication

I felt the communication could have been more polite and respectful. When customers ask questions, it is important that staff respond with patience, understanding, and kindness. I felt the interaction came across as rude at times, and a more helpful and sympathetic approach would improve the overall customer experience.
