I have been using hoodakai and Benz travels for sometime now but the experience I received from Kate was really good she tells you a price and sticks to it please avoid PAM as she will try her best to rip you off and her customer service is terrible I have had a really bad experience with PAM

I love working with Hoodaki, I have dealt with them now on more than 3 occasions and the face that Urvashi Jenni, remembers every past trip I took and my preferences is mind blowing. Flight booked, outbound Gulf Air fine... return cancelled re middle east. Travel Agent responsibility to help reschedule & assist return. They continue to claim 'not us' but it's not airline ... its clearly stated. We're pensioners, they left us high, dry & stressed & stuck!! Come on guys.. be fair & do your job to assist. Don't ignore emails & shift the blame !!!!!

Great clear and concise advice with efficient and knowledgeable staff member called James. The booking was made with good patience and speed with James over the phone.
