Went above and beyond to help.
The guys were on time and did a great job of replacing my down lights. I wasn’t sure how to do that myself as they were ones I hadn’t seen before. I threw the guys a curve ball and asked for some new switches and a fan. They obliged and did the work promptly. Excellent service. Thank you.

We recently had our heat pump checked by Hornsby Electric, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Our electrician was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about the job. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand. The lady on the phone, who rang to follow up on the job a few times, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the matter. She did great follow-ups to ensure everything was running smoothly after the repair. The staff were polite, professional, and left the work area clean and tidy. We highly recommend Hornsby Electric to anyone needing electrical services—reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with!

Hornsby Electric were so easy to deal with…
Hornsby Electric were so easy to deal with - from the instant I messaged them to the final installation of a new front porch light I needed. They communicated at every step of the way so I knew what was happening and everyone were just so lovely. The job was completed promptly and done very well and the electrician who did the job was wonderful. All I had to do was tell him what I wanted and he sourced the light and installed. I didn't have to do anything. I will definitely use Hornsby Electric again and would recommend them to everyone in the area.
