Ordering was easy and I was kept informed of delivery dates. On the day the delivery driver contacted me about an hour before the delivery was due. He helped to unload and get the zip and link bed with a trundle and mattresses inside. I did have a slight problem with the amount we paid, which was entirely my fault but it was sorted immediately by Louie, by immediately I mean, immediately. I have used HotelContractBeds on several occassions now and the products have always been good. They are my 'go to' company if I need any new beds.

We purchased bed headboard and mattress from this company and found everything from product to service to be excellent

Terrible service from this company. Ordered 4 beds from them, 2 arrived damaged. The damage had been spotted and they had tried to cover it up but very poorly (stapled a rip together and taped over the packaging). Contacted them and they arranged replacements to be issued. The replacements arrived and one of those was also damaged with a big rip in the bed. Would not recommend at all.

The quality of the mattress is extremely low. The company is very efficient. We bought a zip link mattress 2 years ago and after 11 months it was completely sagging in the middle. The company replaced them no problem but 12 months later we have the exact same issue. The mattress really only have a decent 9 months in them before they start to sag

We ordered a king size zip mattress. The mattress arrived on time as per their notifications. I am most impressed with their after sales service. I really appreciate the help and support from Louie Welch. Mattress is firm and comfortable. Highly recommend their products.

I purchased the Zip Link Mattresses, they were advertised as Medium firmness, but unfortunately have had complaints that they are too firm.

Top Service. Replaced and sent out a part that broke within an hour of emailing them for no charge. Picture was proof enough for this to happen.

We love our new 6ft x 6.3ft zipped bed. Good web site, good price, excellent delivery service.
We no longer wake up with a bad back, we sleep so much better.

I bought 6 single zip and link beds with 6 multiple pocket-spring butterfly side matching mattresses to ship to France. I even was invited for a tour of the factory and to test the mattresses. There are so many choices; so interesting to see the fabrics and careful design. I bought castors but then realised I had wooden floors. I asked for some advice and I was kindly sent some really nice mushroom-type feet for stability. Super product and customer service highly recommended. Thank you

I experienced excellent customer service, fabulous bed base and headboard. Would highly recommend. I will be purchasing again. The quarter base is fantastic, easy to assemble and looks beautiful.

Not long after ordering online I received a call clarifying delivery. Nadia was so pleasant and helpful.
The bed was delivered on time by a very friendly driver.
The bed itself is exactly what I hoped it would be. The covering on the bed frame is good quality and true to colour. The framework is well constructed as are the drawers. The 8” deep mattresses are the essence of comfort and thankfully have handles making turning them easier.
All in all a very good experience.

Very pleased with the mattresses good quality delivery on time

Ordered a super king base that was in four parts as we needed to get it up a dog leg in our staircase. It arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering as promised. Build quality is good, very solid, and cover material used is pretty thick, the drawers in the divan are also solid which is good as I cram lots of stuff in them, so I’m happy with build quality. The wall mounted headboard with matching material to the bed base is also well built. There was no instructions with the headboard but it is fairly simple to mount and I did get email advice from HCB who were very responsive to email queries. Would have been five stars if instructions for headboard were included.

I have talk to them about ordering beds. they promptly send me samples and I have made and order. then I received email that my payment was not cleared and I should make another one. On the end of the email which I didn't notice at first it said they don't deliver to my address closes they can get to 70miles away. funny they could send samples but never mention they don't deliver actual beds and block my money for 8 days. AVOID
