Purchased a property that was being marketed with House Revolution, Jacob and Bethany were fantastic and professional at all times. Thank you for all your help and support!

We recently used House Revolution to sell our property. We initially had our house valued by serveral different Estate Agents and had been recommended House Revolution by a friend. We weren’t too familiar with House Revolution at the outset but found the initial meeting to be a pleasant surprise. Tom who came and valued our property was friendly and knowledgeable, however not your typical pushy Estate Agent. We were not subjected to a long, pressurised sales pitch and found their fee to be very competitive.
We mainly dealt with Jacob from the point our house was marketed, who was extremely competent and professional throughout the process. Jacob regularly kept us updated and always came back to us promptly if we had contacted him. We found his advice and support to be invaluable throughout the transaction. We also appreciated his calming manner, as we became a little bit stressed at times (not as a result of House Revolution).
We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to use House Revolution again in the future. End to end the service was consistent and good value for money.

We were a little bit apprehensive in using this company but from start to finish they have been amazing. When we lost a sale (nothing to do with House Revolution) they were straight back on the case and we had more viewing the same day and quickly sold again. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. They understand the stresses of moving house and I found were very sympathetic with any query I had.

Excellent service and dealt with various issues on our behalf as we were some distance away from the property.

Anyone wanting to save themselves £1000s should turn to these guys. Moving house costs a fortune and is particularly stressful but I'll have to say, these guys take a large chunk of that away.
They basically taylor the house sale around you, your family and your needs. Nothing is a problem for them and it's refreshing to have a designated person to converse with throughout the sale.
Ive no hesitation in recommending my family and friends at all. Great service and aftersales support.

I now wouldn't dream of going to any other company to sell or buy a house. House Revolution were brilliant from the outset. I came across them by accident but when Glen visited to value my house and explained how the company worked I immediately decided to give it a go. Jacob managed my house sale and was outstanding, finding a buyer within two days of it being on the market. When they withdrew for no reason a long way down the sales process, Jacob managed the situation sensitively and well immediately arranging more viewings and selling it again within two days. Jason and his colleagues kept me regularly updated with progress reports, advising me at every step and liaising appropriately with other parties. I have recommended to friends and relatives that if they decide to sell their homes they should look no further than House Revolution.

House Revolution provided me with a first class service from day 1. When I selected them to sell my home I had not heard of them before but was really impressed with their knowledge when they conducted the valuation in comparison to their competitors.

I have sold a number of properties previously and used large corporates such as William H Brown but the service is miles off the service you get from house rev. Whenever you call up you get the same person dealing with your case who knows your position inside out. Jacob was handling my sale and provided probably the best customer service I have received in any industry not just estate agency.

Ultimately the true test is did they sell the property in good time? Which of course they did. Please ensure you use house rev if you want proper customer service but still at a good price!

Amazing service!! Efficient staff, pleasant and polite staff!!! super quick returned calls or replied emails!!! Very good value for money with all you get in the package. Most definitely would use again in the future and I will recommend to friends and family.

Our initial contract was with sister company, Hammond Lee, in Dereham who were very helpful and conscientious but were unable to find a buyer and so the contract was shared with House Revolution who soon came up with the eventual purchaser. I have never had the best opinion of estate agents but these guys have been brilliant. Jacob has been helpful and fun. Glen has put up with my tantrums and never once have I felt patronised. They have done viewings with a mad lurcher in residence and gave a first class service at all times.

Its honestly how selling a house should be. From the taking of the photos, to marketing and the eventual sale it was all done professionally. Feedback after every viewing was invaluable and ultimately secured the asking price...what more could you want, oh yes, they're cheaper than most other estate agents! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm.

After having my house on the market with another agency, who, after an easy sale for them fell through because they hadn't checked if the buyer could afford the property. I contacted House Revolution. House was on the market with them within hours and potential buyers were shown around, almost immediately.
With the professionalism of Jacob the house was sold within days.
Jacob contacted me on a near daily basis with updates and the sale went through without a hitch.
If or when I sell again it will be with House Revolution.
