We took our time searching for the right company to use for our listing, and we ended up using houzeo, which has exceeded our expectation with their pre. & post customer service. To begin with Sebastian, the gentleman we spoke with originally, and the one we initiated the setup with, has shown an A+ customer service before and after we signed the contract agreement. Always returned our calls, and took the time to explain in depth any issue we dealt with, even a week after our listing was already live. With his outstanding post customer service, he never hesitated to tackle any encounter we dealt with, and upon resolving any issue with him , we have always received a follow-up call from Patricia or Faiz with the customer service department to ensure that we were satisfied with the results and have always taken the time to answer any questions we had.
If you folks are looking to list your property on you own, Houzeo is the one and with no doubt it is the company for you.

Houzeos site is misrepresenting to seller and agentPaul Healey who started to represent them
I signed up for the $399 listing only with no commission after closing and after agreeing and paying, the site would not let me continue without upgrading to 1% commission eqal to $12,000.
When the agent contacted me and i was very clear there was no 1% commission i agreed to, he was disheartened and then only responded to me for days he was waiting to hear back from corporate before he could proceed.
Days after that and after i made other plans, houza stated the agent had a family emergency and they were looking for another agent to fulfill my listing even though i had already sent them a notice of cancellation for lack of performance days earlier.
I sent all communication and screen shots to my credit card company, but for seeks i have been getting corporate lies and spin refusing refund all the while holding up refund with no desire to deal with this unscrupulous company.
Its obvious they misrepresented thier services and commissions to public and agents to get them to work with them.
Run from this company , they will never stand behind any issues they cause if they start with lies.

For the like of me I couldn’t remember how to update my information. Zachery was not only helpful, but very respectful as well. Thank you Zachery
