The listing agent Tomas B. was very good in general and responded quickly to my questions, other than one question that never received a response.
Tiffani Much has been very helpful to-date, but the entire process isn't over yet. I will be out of state and unavailable on the Houzeo pre-determined closing date, so asked for a different closing date but was told it will be using a mobile notary. My signing will be several days prior to the official closing date. I have asked questions about how to make payment, exact amounts (since there are several payees), and ability to review the closing statement before I sign. Hoping to receive answers quickly.
