My journey with Houzz has been great from the start. It is a brilliant platform, but what really stands out is their commitment to helping you succeed through their onboarding process. I’ve been having regular sessions with Sheila, and her live demonstrations of Houzz Pro features and benefits have completely flattened the learning curve. Seeing everything working in real time ensures I am maximising the value of my subscription. Highly recommend!

Said is a great account manager. The way that he initiated contact, picked up the phone and called into our office, without being 'pitchy' or focused only on sales, was genuinely personable.

I held some reservations when it came to picking a platform and I felt Houzz to be quite pricey, however, Said quelled concerns, showed value where necessary and broke down the offering of their platform clearly, with easy to action next steps. Out of all the account managers I have worked with, he is truly an asset to his organisation and makes you feel that there is still hope in the sales world!

My Houzz profile was suspended after their own platform logged me out mid-edit, with no notification given.

When I chased it up, I was told my account had been "suspended indefinitely as your current activity doesn't match our platform."

After calling and providing full business details, I was told I'd been flagged as "Beauty, Care and Holistic Health", despite selling nothing light household/business bulbs and lamps.

I asked for a review and offered to adjust my wording if needed. I was told it would take two weeks. That deadline passed with no update, and when I followed up I was simply told they were sticking to their decision, no real explanation, despite my website clearly showing what I actually sell.

Houzz only seem to support lighting that promotes blue light. A small business, incorrectly categorised, deserved guidance to become compliant, not an indefinite suspension.

So far so good, not sure where the poor reviews have come from, all seem to be fairly historic. So far my experience has been good, no doubt there may be limitations to the software but what I’ve seen to date is definitely positive.

I spoke to Said and, although we ultimately decided that Houzz wasn't the right fit for our business, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout. No question was too much trouble, and he consistently went out of his way to find answers, offer solutions, and make sure we understood the platform.

While Houzz itself wasn't the right fit for us, the support we received from Said was exceptional. If you're considering Houzz and have the opportunity to speak with him, you'll be in very capable hands. He leaves no stone unturned and genuinely wants to help you make the right decision for your business.

Is this company fictional? Their UK address certainly is. Also no register at Companies House. Beware this may be a scam!

Avoid the Houzz website and do not trust reviews. They don't allow negative reviews. I tried to raise the alarm for others after a terrible experience having paid and not received a Hacker UK kitchen from Marc Antony at Luxury for Living who advertises on this website (in addition to my legal actions). My architect also encouraged me to leave a positive review for them 'too early' in our working relationship now I realise reviews there are overblown - approach with caution!!

Riaza was incredibly understanding, clear, and encouraging.
I really appreciate her input and her explanation of how to use the platform.
Her professionalism and supportive approach made me feel comfortable and more motivated.

Houzz won’t allow negative reviews and refuse to say why. They appear to be leaches on the building trade. The more names on the books the better for them. Don’t matter if there clients are criminals or not

Just getting used to platform looks positive and looking forward to moving forearm working with our business.

Avoid this organisation if you’re a construction company.
We paid Houzz more than £5k over a 3 year period and received no real leads from potential clients . We didn’t get a single day’s work through Houzz for that money.
It’s a total scam . Those we did receive were always around the subscription renewal time and either didn’t respond to our emails or calls . I believe they were fake enquiries to encourage us to sign up for more of the same poor service.

We now get all our work through word of mouth .

I wouldn't go anywhere else if I wanted any architectural/structural work done in the future. The whole process of planning through to completion of works was seamless as a result of the advice and support provided by Emma throughout the project (kitchen alteration works).
