Horrible experience. Not a single lead in a year on the pro subscription and now having trouble ending the subscription with no response from the company.

Biggest scam, do not fall for this. There is no way to opt out, without legal actions. It’s a pointless service with no benefits, soon as the sales pitch is done, you will not hear from Houzz.

Sheila is always very helpful. She quickly interprets the situation and tries to provide the best possible advice.

I previously left a review because houzz.help was unresponsive to my issues. They responsed to the trust pilot review to say please contact Houzz help. There is no customer service with this company and these responses are clearly automated. Stay clear is my advise.

I have used Interior Quest in Wickersley Rotherham for the last 34 years. Firstly the customer care and advise given by Beverley the owner is exceptional. Beverley is very professional and has never has let me down always punctual for appointments. Nothing is too much trouble she is always on hand to give very practical advise. She has an eye for detail especially colour schemes,wallpapers and fabrics. Every scheme Beverley has planned for me I have absolutely loved from my kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedrooms

waste of time and money, fake leads and lies. was promised an account manager, booked a time to talk and they cancelled a few minutes before. after complaining to them they started sending me a few leads - to fix a door, paint a bathroom etc. Do they actually think these leads are worth the £500 monthly payment that I have to make?! I asked them to cancel the contract after the first year and they didn't, instead they said I will get 50% discount on payments and I am still getting charged full price for a useless service I am not using

Had the most rude agent from Houzz call me. I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this company as he was so unpleasant and unprofessional. I filled out a form re life insurance last night. He started by trying to get me to validate details. I told him 'I am at work at the moment.' I also told him that 'I wasn't in a position to move forward at this time.' He pushed some more saying my details were invalid and therefore email quotes could not be sent. I said to him that 'it's ok like I said I'm not in a position to move forward on this at the moment and I am at work.' His reply was 'so what you are saying is you basically filled out the form online for no reason, is that what you are saying?' My reply was, 'that was a bit rude. Goodbye.' How dare he talk or make me feel that way when I've already sorted what I need elsewhere."

I loved the colour, I liked the layout... What I could see offered a lot of great ideas for my own project...

Since using 3d, moodboards and other tools on houzz my clients are able to visualise more easier. Its easy to learn and I feel more confident now on winning clients.

Orry is my account manager and he is very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He is also giving me great advice and is very pro-active. The platform is very useful to acquire leads as well as manage projects. It even interfaces with accounting platform Xero and generates ads.

Small business avoid. If I could give 0 stars I would, also read the T&C as they are an absolute joke and highlight Houzz’s attitude towards their clients!

Any organisation that thinks it’s acceptable to say in there T&C’s - “BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, WHICH MEANS THAT YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO HAVE THOSE DISPUTES DECIDED BY A JUDGE OR JURY, AND THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR ANY TYPE OF REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.” - should be avoided as there is malice intent from the start!!

It goes on to say in essence that you waiver all rights to your own content and Houzz will use your content in anyway they deem fit!

I signed up as I was looking for a new website and Houzz where offering to build one. I signed up on the understanding that after a year if I stopped paying I would loose access to edit but the website would still remain live!

Having not read the T&C’s, essentially the website was never mine and the content I up load was also no long in my own possession!

Come the end of the contact the website was take off line and I was held to ransom for another £1500 to bring it back online!

Customer service is absolutely shocking and don’t expect to get anywhere with any of the customer service team!

Account managers are also none existent through out the 12months service I was supposedly paying for! Emails were almost all followed by an automatic response - I am ill and will get back to when I am back at work…..

I signed up for Houzz Pro UK with high hopes of receiving quality leads for my business. In the beginning, the experience was promising. The team was helpful with setting up my profile and website, providing guidance and support to get everything up and running smoothly. I appreciated the initial hand-holding during the startup stage.

However, my experience took a disappointing turn after the setup phase. Despite following all the recommended steps and maintaining an active presence on the platform, I haven't received any leads or inquiries for my business. It's incredibly frustrating, especially considering the investment I've made in Houzz Pro.

The ongoing support has been lacking. After the initial setup, it feels like Houzz has washed their hands of me. There's little to no follow-up, and attempts to reach out for assistance or advice on improving my visibility and lead generation have been met with slow or unhelpful responses. It’s as if once they’ve got you onboard, their interest in helping you succeed diminishes significantly.

In summary, while Houzz Pro UK offers good initial support for setting up your business profile, the lack of leads and ongoing support is disappointing. I had higher expectations and am now reconsidering my investment in this service. If Houzz can improve their lead generation and provide consistent support, it would be a much more valuable platform for professionals.

Wouldn't give them 1 star if that were possible. Useless leads and didn't get told my subscription would be renewed with no email or one single reminder. When i contacted them, they were useless and that i am tied into another year and so i am paying hundreds of pounds for nothing.

Avoid at all costs.

... I have been using Houzz for a while and at the moment I am having nothing but problems. Originally my account manager was proactive and interested in what I was doing; then the money went up, they assigned a ''client success rep'' and it has been down hill since then... not just hiding behind emails, not taking calls to delay and offering false marking information (proven) they have a stock of ''computer says no'' scripts to shield the business... really no back bone to the business IMHO

I used Houzz in the first 2 years after starting my business. I received a number of good quality leads, some of which converted into projects. The flow of leads was regular and the Houzz team had often already spoken with the client to take a brief. A really useful service - would recommend to those seeking a quality marketing platform.

Just look and see what businesses say about this company!! There are so many bad reviews and I will add to this.

They have a sales system that signs you into a 12 months contract. There is reason for this! They know that if it was a 3 or 6 months contract that 90 % would cancel. They sell it on the phycology that if you pay more for something it is worth it. Well, in curtain circumstances that is correct. But not with Houzz! They know what they are doing, and in the end it will catch up with them. Bad review after bad review... and it will continue.

I have cancelled my direct debit after 7 months of poor quality leads leading to no customers. Just people that don't reply and done answer phone calls.

So far I have spent over £2,500 for zero results. I know that it will not change regardless of the amount of money spent with the scam company.

I just hope other businesses see these bad reviews and save themselves thousands of pounds by investing their money far away from Houzz!!!

Have emailed since signing up and being totally unsatsified with so many aspects of the program.
Terrible training and after"care"
Numerous requests since last year to cancel (a month after signing up) and I still not cancelled our subscription. Id advise against signing up at all.
