My engagement ring is designed through Samuels Bournemouth and I’ve since bought my wedding ring from here. Joanne has been exceptionally helpful and assisted with ensuring my ring arrived on time and took the time and care to reassure me and call as soon as my order was in- as we are on a short timescale. I am extremely grateful for her help and for going above and beyond.

DONT USE!!
Bought a £600 gold chain snapped 5 times in 9months and the shop refuses to help. Poor quality and bad service. Wouldn’t ever go back there.

Had my daughter necklace repaired that I had only brought a year before for her 30th.. a white gold heart. The lady said it would be ready on 28th Nov. Never heard so after a couple more days I called them. They said they would ring the repair company and ring me back that day, no return call.
I called again and a lovely girl called Hannah said she would find out and ask the manager. They manager called me and said it was held up at quality control. She said I had to appreciate they were busy...appreciate even though I'm the customer and paying £65 for 1 link repair.
Collected a few days later.. no warm hello from the manager. I also asked did they have any 18ct gold ring's as my husband wanted to buy me one. The manager said no we have to order in, no follow up on this enquiry just walked away.
I purchased a man's watch when I took this repair in. The manager needs customer service training. Not to be so hostile and rude. Sorry to say won't be back. Make Hannah the manager.

The lady in the bournemouth store today (L)- (7th march 2024) was very helpful thankyou so much , we finally decided tonight :)

I went to the shop on the Monday morning the 26th Of Feb 2024 and asked if they could take a couple of clips off of my watch
The two ladies that were there were super rude and they took the protective film off the watch face that I left on there as it’s a present
Also payed 20£ to get two clips removed and on the bill it says „ repairs“
I ell it deffently wasn’t a repair !!!!
Rue service and the feeling of getting ripped off has left me leaving the shop feeling frustrated and sad
Disgusting service

Purchased a watch today at the Bournemouth Town centre store. Fantastic customer service by a lovely lady called Steph. She was very helpful, cheerful and made my purchase very easy. It’s rare to get such great customer service in todays world.

My watch battery failed recently after only being replaced by H Samuel in Aylesbury at Christmas. I went to the H Samuel store in Bournemouth, the Sales Assistant asked for my receipt which was on my phone and replaced the battery free of charge. Great customer service and very friendly & efficient Sales Assistant.

Sales assistant was patient, very knowledgeable and went the extra mile. Well done!

Gina was very helpful and understood my requirements.
It was carried out ahead of estimated time as well.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with H Samuel. The staff were fantastic and helpful. I bought a beautiful engagement ring for my girlfriend who is back from Canada. The Bournemouth store is a must if you want a friendly, helpful experience.

Rude staff on both occasions that I went to the shop. Very unhelpful and didn’t seem to care or want to be there I won’t be going back again in the future.

Ordered wedding rings but this store did not do the sizes required. The store did their best to try and get what we wanted. Unfortunately, it turned out they couldn't do mine, but got my partner's and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Very satisfied customers.

Very friendly and helpful came away with exactly what I was looking for.
