Went into the Canterbury store today with a ring that needed to be replaced due to accidental damage and Ayshea and Dora were absolutely amazing. They were beyond helpful and sorted us with a new ring there and then. Such lovely and kind ladies. Thank god we took out insurance! Definitely worth every penny!

Fab experience with Dora from H.Samual Canterbury. Dora made my experience personal by sending me a link for payment and a tracker to track my repair. Totally hassle free experience. Plus my items are amazing, came back like new. Posted back to me so no travel to collect.Thanku Dora

Excellent customer service from Ayesha at the Canterbury store. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect experience. Extremely helpful in providing advice about ring sizes. I will definitely visit the store again when looking to buy jewellery in future.

We went to buy an engagement ring and Dora the sales person was so good. She looked at me and asked a few questions then picked out a beautiful ring , well priced and fitted exactly. I was so impressed with her.

Visited the store today to purchase new watch. Extremely friendly & helpful service from Louis, who guided me through the pros and cons of various options. Very pleased with purchase - so much better than buying on line or from a non jeweller, as I needed links taken out of the metal strap which Louise was able to do perfectly (and free of charge)!

I want to sing Dora's praises who is deputy manager at Canterbury's branch of H.Samuel.
She was welcoming and friendly. She was listened to my problem with understanding and sympathy and went out of her way to solve it.
I left the store completely satisfied and thrilled with my new purchase and it was thanks to Dora.

Tried my ring on just to check before our wedding day with less than a week to go and .. panic to find it was too tight ! Luckily the lovely Dora at the Canterbury branch came to our aid and with no fuss was able to exchange it for exactly the right size. Don't know what we would have done without her help. What a truly professional and exceptionally kind service this lady provided.

We visited H Samuel in Canterbury, Kent and were assisted by a lovely lady called Dora. We were looking for a ring to match one that was given to me many years ago. With Dora's really useful advice, we decided that a custom made ring, made with stones to match the existing ring would be the best idea. Dora has gone above and beyond to make (our/my) ideas become reality. Thank you so much Dora, I cannot wait to see my ring. H Samuel you have a star 🌟 in this lady.

Last week I purchased a white gold and diamond mini trilogy ring for my wife, from the Canterbury store, to celebrate our anniversary. I had initially rung the store and spoke to the manager, Louise, who was extremely helpful in sourcing and obtaining a number of rings for our viewing. At the store she spent well over an hour showing us a number of various diamond rings in order that we could be satisfied that we had the right one. She was patient, knowledgeable and caring, fully understanding what we were looking for and helping us find the right ring. Nothing was too much trouble and she ensured that the whole experience was pleasurable, exciting and rewarding. It was certainly a friendly service with a smile.

I went to the Canterbury store about my faulty ring and the store manager called me to say come and get a brand new ring, the other two store members were very helpful to, excellent customer service .

What an amazing experience, I needed to find a present for my mum, I explained what I was looking for, as I had no idea what a Disney Traditions Hundred Acre Winnie The Pooh Figurine was, and they did not have it on display, as they had just sold one. Dora, was great, checking the display, then the stock and then going and getting one from her store room, she was so bubbly polite and helpful, even when the show room was so busy. I ended up buying more than I expected, reducing my Christmas shopping list. So thank you Dora, I will be back.

Being able to compare

There was a week left before my wedding and the engagement ring had a loose stone, Dora and H Samuel Canterbury pulled out all the stops and arranged the ring to be fixed. It was back on time. The customer service received was second to none. I always buy from h Samuel Canterbury and it is always a pleasure and their recommendations are always spot on.

My partner was looking for a watch, and Moira & James at the Canterbury store in Kent were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took time to help him make the right decision and also price-matched the watch to give us the best deal. Excellent customer service with a smile. Thank you both

Wow!Amazing experience today in H.Samuel.Went in to ‘look’ came away 100% happy,not only with my new replacement wedding ring on order,but the professional,friendly,happy experience shared by myself,bestie Sharon & staff members.Moira went above & beyond with her excellent customer service,wonderful Northern warmth & brilliant knowledge.Between her & Manager Luisa I left the store in Canterbury feeling totally overwhelmed by their level of service and their friendliness towards me.I cannot praise them enough.So refreshing to be treated so well & given lots of advice & time to ensure I found the perfect fit

Trying wedding bands and eternity rings on at the white friars store, Canterbury, they did not have the size I needed in stock but this was not a problem for Luisa and James between them over a period of a week they kept me informed as well as tracking other stores that might have these rings in stock so literally a week later I was able to go into the store to get my ring. Thankyou very much

The two ladies in the Canterbury store bent over backwards to help us. They were very friendly and very very helpful. We would shop here again because of this ladies and the big selection of products for us to choose from. Many thanks for everything.
