I purchased a citizen women watch the beginning of the month , which I got a discount code for next purchase , number of time I tried to put my code and it would not allow me to. When I went to the store the manager was not even aware of this kind of deals and could only give me 10 % discount .
However thanks to The blue light card I got a 15%discount .

I have just visited H Samuel’s in Princes Street to have some links removed from my watch and I have to say the customer service I received was exceptional. I received some very useful information on the watch that I have which will be very useful for the future.

A variety of products online and good selection of men's jellewry in the H Samuels shop in Edinburgh. Looking for men's jewellry, so not easy to find in every shop. But managed to find the best product and order it online with a wee promocode, which was a little bonus.

I would like to congratulate Lisa for a great experience at Fort Kinnard . I felt very valued and her customer service was outstanding. Lisa gave great service and secured more than we thought we would spend! So refreshing to be served by someone who made us feel welcome and special, Employers should be very proud of this employee. 10/10

Bought a watch online. Received within 3 days. Very happy with purchase.

I purchased gold earings and bracelet. The staff Becky served me. I spoke to Gareth and Amanda. They are holding a charity event in the store for children's cancer.

I have purchased a lot of jewelry from there over a period of time and the staff have always been so warm and friendly.

It is a very welcoming place to shop in. They don't rush you on, and they interact with customers while serving. The staff are so well mannered. When I am browsing, I never feel forces to buy something that I am interested in. They shop is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The quality of the items I have purchased is high. When I am finished in the shop, I come out laughing. They see customers as people and not pound signs.

They deserve all the credit that people give them.

I would like to think that the positive comments are passed into the staff. I couldn't recommend the store more.

I've always had good service from the staff. The shop always has a welcoming atmosphere and the turnaround for jewellery repair is impressive. each of the staff members are lovely. The store manager Gareth does a great job running the place. Nothing is an inconvenience for the staff when you ask them questions.

The shop is well laid out and clean. They give you plenty of time to browse and don't rush you when making a choice.

Isla, Caris and Lauren have been great when serving me in recent visits.

I couldn't recommend H Samuel more.

Katrina was extremely helpful and patient when I was purchasing a watch. It had to be really-sized numerous times and she was so helpful. She also told me she would call me when the Olivia Burton range came into the store.

Shopping at your store in princes street. I was looking to buy a gift for my friend. From walking into the shop I received excellent assistance in choosing earrings. The sales consultant was professional, not to pushy & very good at her sales technique. Overall very satisfied with the service & my purchase.
