I recently returned an item I didn't want at the Blue Water branch. I handed over the package as I recieved in teh post. In that I had a voucher of some % off that I wanted to take back and the shop assistant refused to give it back to me despite asking several times.I know it is not their property once its handed to me. In the end, she decided to ignore me and not answer at all, processed my transaction and returned my card. I was in shock at how she treated me. She was a young girl and needed to learn some respect, courtesy, and clearly, she didnt want to be there. i would not recommend going to that branch at all. They need to train the staff to be polite and upskill them. I was being respectful and she was not

I went to the Bluewater store to replace my engagement ring that I had lost. I had such a good service from Darcy who was very helpful. I must of tried on about 10 different rings, and she was so patient it took me quite a long time to choose a ring. I tried some of the rings on more than once, and she didn't mind how many times she had to keep getting the rings out of display cabinets. Thankyou Darcy.

As the watch I ordered required the bracelet to be adjusted to fit my small wrist I called into H Samuel in Bluewater. I was served by a lovely lady with dark hair and glasses (sorry not to remember her name). As I had purchased through H Samuel, she informed me the adjustment which I would have expected to pay something for was complimentary. A nice touch to enhance what was already a positive purchasing experience.
I only went in to ask about the cost of replating a ring.. There were no staff visible, so I asked a woman in glasses, maybe in her 60s, if she could help me. She said 'I'm not allowed to serve people', in a curt way. So I asked her if there was anyone who would serve me and she said 'all the assistants are busy serving OTHER customers' and turned back to whatever she was doing. I was left agog! Sooo rude. I'll never return to that store, and gave my business to another independent jewellers at Bluewater instead.
No wonder this woman wasn't allowed to serve - they'd have no customers if she did. Awful!

Today I went into H.samuel, the Bluewater branch. I went into the store with only the intention of asking some advice on why my jewelry was changing colour. The staff acted above and beyond to help understand my problem, then solve it by trying numerous methods. Nicola especially took the time to explain to me why this sometimes happens. She showed an expertise in jewelry and was able to communicate this to me in a way I was able to understand. She then went out of her way to try different solutions to help me. I left there happy, satisfied and with my jewelry in a much better condition then when I had entered. Nicola showed me today that good customer service still exists. She showed patience and a willingness to actually help, which is very rare these days. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking to have a positive shopping experience. Overall very happy customer. Thank you Nicola!
Bought a permanent bracelet and it broke within 24 hours. Waste of money

Absolutely terrible service in Bluewater store yesterday 1st Aug. Asking for help I was told by the mature female assistant that she was busy and she'd be with me when she was done! I waited patiently as I really wanted to try on a particular watch in the locked cabinet. I waited and waited by the cabinet and at no point did she look across or give me any gesture that she was coming !! Honestly I was staggered by her rudeness . I left the store stunned !
Proper job. The girls are bang on. Training while trading. Special request to Leanne and Katie. Can't shout loud enuff. My receipt was way out of date (the 30day exchange policy). Wasn't even mentioned. Hollllllaaaaa!!!😝
Just wanted to thank a very helpful sales assistant by the name of Clare at the Bluewater store of H Samuel, who tonight went out of her way to provide great customer care. She took time helping me choose the right piece of jewellery for a friend’s daughter who will be 18 tomorrow. Needless to say, the present was fairly urgent but despite this, I was able to walk out of the store with a brilliant purchase. Footnote: when my own daughter (who is also nearly 18) saw the present
she was equally impressed too!

We came in to pick our wedding rings today. Nicola served us and was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was quite unsure what I wanted but she gave us great advice. She's a real asset to your store. Thank you Nicola.

New Citizen diving watch & engraving.
I needed to pop to BW after purchasing a higher-end Citizen diving watch at the Bexleyheath H Samuel’s (in this shop I was dealt with by a lady called Bena and she was brilliant).
The BW store is the closest one that does Engraving (£20).
At BW I was dealt with by Jack, and he was extremely helpful; he showed me a variety of watches that I asked to see; he also assisted me with the engraving of my Citizen watch.
The manager Cassie also gave me advice on some other items, and she provided me with a watch box which had been out of stock at Bexleyheath where I purchased the watch.
I would recommend both BW and Bexleyheath shops for both price matching, and customer service..

Three days before Christmas, so no surprise that the shop was extremely busy and my expectations of great customer service were low! Then along came Bridie who was extremely polite, attentive and helpful and made our shopping experience enjoyable.
