A miserable policy. I tried to exchange a pair of earrings and they didn't want to, it's for hygiene reasons (in an era where there are hundreds of hygiene solutions. Zero respect for customers; they think exclusively about profit!!!! Very disappointed!!!!

Fabulous service. The manager could not have been more helpful. I had a pendant without a chain. I did not buy originally from H Samuel but she took her time showed me various chains and advised which thought would suit best with my pendant. It was brilliant and I picked a chain with her help and am now happily wearing my necklace which I think looks better than the original chain. Thanks Rona would not be wearing my special necklace without your advice and guidance. You really know your stuff!!

Waited about 20 minutes to get into the…
Waited about 20 minutes to get into the shop with no apologies. When asked into the shop was just left. I had to ask the other member of staff that I wanted to buy a watch strap. Not very friendly and felt as though it was all too much trouble.

strange to be the only one shopping in h samuel which is normally quite busy but the assistant was helpful and friendly made it a pleasant experience buying a birthday gift for my great granddaughter thank you .

I know we are in strange times but as…
I know we are in strange times but as my husband and l went to go into the store we were shouted at only one customer at a time, we weren’t allowed to go in together to purchase a golden wedding gift from my husband to me, l did decide to go in alone but it spoilt the experience,a bit more tact was needed
