Earrings
I went into the shop to buy some earrings for myself and my daughter. The staff greeted us as we entered and showed us where the earrings were. There were a few customers in the shop but when we had selected a member of staff came over to help and we were able to pay! All in all a quick, easy experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish
Excellent. Bought a Rotary watch at a great price and staff in Leamington Branch were really helpful with several watch strap adjustments that I needed. They were genuinely interested that it fit perfectly. Would recommend.

Perfect for my needs as a disabled customer
As I have disability which affects type of watch I need, the salesperson listened to my needs and quickly matched my needs with a suitable watch. I love it and it is perfect for me, also avoiding extra expense having a watch resealed each time a battery needs changing.
