We spoke to Gemma, the Sales Assistant, who couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful and resolved the problem straight away and to our complete satisfaction. Many thanks Gemma.

Nice people and good service
I had an issue with a watch and took it back to the Luton store. They went out of their way to be friendly helpful and kind. It turned out to be just the battery which had gone flat in just 6 months. I was expecting it to need repairing. They changed the battery free of charge.
