H.Samuel - Plymouth Opiniões 

FIRSTLY, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO STAR RATING IF THAT OPTION HAD BEEN AVAILABLE.
On the 5th of February this year I went in to H.Samuel on New George Street in Plymouth, and bought an engagement ring for my partner. It was not the most expensive ring, but neither was it the cheapest. Furthermore, the ring did not fit her, and to avoid the totally outlandish wait time for them to obtain a ring that did fit, the plan was to send the ring away for enlargement, albeit not until the outlandish wait for the closest ring that would fit to arrive in the store, prior to it's enlargement: you guessed it another wait!
We were told the ring would be available for collection within 3 weeks, but I decided to ring the store today for a progress report. The store did not answer the phone, and have continued not answering the phone.
At this point I rang their 'Customer Service' number to be told the ring had been picked up. It had not, and I was apoplectic. It turns out the ring was collected by the company they engaged to enlarge it: THAT DOES NOT CONSITUTE IT BEING PICKED UP. Furthermore, the Head Office could not get the store to answer the phone either, giving me the excuse that their phone did not appear to be working. HOW LONG WOULD YOU NOT GET CALLS BEFORE YOU CONSIDERED THE POSSIBLILITY THAT YOUR PHONE WAS NOT WORKING?
I will never use this company again, and I implore nobody else to either.

Went into h Samuel in Plymouth the lady was fantastic giving amazing customer service and knowing her knowledge on her neck chains , I explained that the chain was going to be at great importance and she listen to what I had to say

I am a part time volunteer care giver for a guy with very demanding social needs,Amanda and the staff in the store were extremely patient and understanding with my friend who made two purchases at that time that he is absolutely thrilled with.
We live in a time where good customer service is a rarity,so credit where it is certainly deserved.

the online shopping was not ideal for me but when i went to the store they were helpful and nice. it was easy to pick out a chain i liked.

The necklace I purchased for my friend’s daughter's birthday was very pretty & excellent value for money. I ordered it online but had confirmation quickly that I could collect it in store. The lady serving me In store was very friendly & helpful.

They done a great job on my watch .. my local jewellers told me it needed repairing and wasn’t worth it but you lady in Plymouth popped in a new battery .. perfect 👍

I am very pleased with my purchase and the brilliant help that i got while in the shop.

Good service and value from Samuels . A few short comings when I was not sure if the ring was going to arrive on time, or at all, however they were quite efficient in phoning and e-mailing the supplier and keeping me informed.
