I recently visited H Samuel's at Oxford Street, Swansea and i was greeted by Reena who has always been so friendly and lovely to my husband and me. Her colleague Nigel always has always taken time to chat. Their product knowledge is outstanding and i would encourage anyone to shop there.
Really we only went in for some advice and we came out having bought a bear for charity. A really good cause and money well spent. Thank you Reena and Nigel. We will see you again soon.

I bought rings and 2 wrist watches for my wedding. I met pleasant people at the shop . Reena expecially was very professional and helpful. Another lady whom I've forgotten her name served as a model for me to decide what to choose . Amazing work ethics

I had a problem with a watch I bought from H Samuel, I had taken out warranty, to be honest the store I bought the watch from were surly at best despite spending a fair amount on a watch.
I had only worn the watch once when a piece fell off and was lost, I took the watch back to another store, was delighted with the assistant, she was friendly reassuring and interested in me as a customer.
The watch was sorted and she noted that my warranty was only for 2 years, she pointed out for an extra £3 I would have 3 years warranty, first store did not tell me this.
She was so lovely we ended up buying another piece of jewellery as well.
We will in future use this branch rather than the original store Thank you Sue.

Great discounts on watch. Bought three instead of one. The staff was really polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again.
