Still not received order

Easy to order. Good price. Smooth delivery though I had no advance warning it was coming

Everything went ok, delivery man was great, very helpful. Only problem I had, was there was no communication to say the order was arriving on the Wednesday, I only knew an hour before, so luckily I work in the area & I could nip home to be there. Otherwise service everything went smoothly.

delivered on correct day. Driver phoned 10 mins before delivery. however driver would not take away the wooden pallet used to deliver our previous order of topsoil.

Shocking service - so disorganised either trying to drop off the equipment hired or pick it up. Six weeks of trying now and essentially being told "tomorrow" every time. Surely it's not that difficult! Plus you wait for ages on hold on the phone. So frustrating...

Very bad. The delivery called me and they said that they can’t take to my house. So they left this on the road.

The shipment didn't arrive. Attempting to contact customer service is difficult. After contacting them, a company employee promises to clarify the situation and call me back. Unfortunately, they haven't contacted me. I haven't received the ordered goods, and I'm wasting my valuable time trying to get my money back. I don't recommend this company.

I was informed item was delivered but was not. The courier (DHL) continually contacted me to state it was out for delivery but then cancelled delivery (this happened on three consecutive days). Forced to cancel order after waiting a week for delivery, courier service diabolical.

Booked delivery on available date only for it to be changed for 4 days later. Second order where this has happened. Helpful if availability on website when placing an order is accurate.

Delivery arrived on time,driver was very pleasant and helpful,and placed my bulk bag exactly where I asked.

Absolutely awful customer service, we hired a cement mixer and cut saw for our garden, was meant to me collected last Monday, then it was Friday, then the Monday after and Tuesday and finally was collected on Thursday! I have wasted multiple days waiting at home when i was meant to be at work! No one seems to know what’s going on when it comes to collection of items! Will NOT be using again for this reason.
