Got the job done, it's a ladder, very heavy, safer if you have an extra pair of hands when using, but hey !! I didn't fall off😁💪🏼

I rented a ladder and a base for it, and I paid with a deposit. To date, I haven’t received my deposit back, and I’m having a major issue with contacting the company. I’ve already sent three or four emails without any response. This company is very unprofessional.

We are pleased to hear this item did the job better for you!
Thank you again for using HSS and we hope that you visit us again soon.

The ladder was very solid and well constructed. However, it is a heavy ladder to manoeuvre and to adjust to get the maximum extension, a lighter weight ladder would have made the job a lot easier.
