Good product, disappointing customer service
The product is great. Unfortunately cannot give 5 stars:
- the item came with a clear stain mark on the front (1st order)
- I emailed asking how to arrange replacement
- I got no reply, so arranged return of item and bought a new one
- emailed again to ask if there could be anything could be done regarding additional delivery fee
- I have not had a response
The newly bought second item is great. However no reply to any of my emails is disappointing.

My bathing suit arrived damaged
My bathing suit arrived damaged. I was told I would receive a replacement after sending photos in. It's been two weeks and still, no shipping confirmation. I would expect better for an almost $300 item.

Suit is Sheer when wet
I am a newly postpartum mom and bought hunza because if it’s flexible fit with my changing body. Sizing is great – the problem is out see through the material became as soon as it got wet. It’s a medium, coral color and as soon as I got in the water, all of my parts were exposed by the sheerness of the material. It’s so uncomfortable to be exposed like that I won’t be able to wear this suit at all going forward. It’s an investment suit and I’m so disappointed in Hunza.

Best fitting suit I have ever had
Best fitting suit I have ever had. I have an average shape and sized body and have always looked slightly lumpy in suits and they struggle to stay put. This suit not only fits well & stays in place, it also is super flattering of my shape. I am, for the first time in my entire life, looking for an excuse to be in a bikini. Can't recommend enough-the confidence is worth the cost!

This was my first HunzaG purchase
This was my first HunzaG purchase. Although it has the highest price point of any bathing suit I have purchased, it is by far the best fitting and most flattering suit I have ever owned. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely order from this company in the future.

I have many items from Hunza G I love…
I have many items from Hunza G I love the brand but I am getting tired of the quality. Bang on a year of wearing my favourite bikini purchased in Harrods it began to unravel on the bra top, a swimsuit I owned before this also did the same - I always follow the washing instructions and am extremely careful. My scrunchie immediately stretched and became saggy. My daughters swimsuit with cross back ripped on a first use, her tutu swimsuit has also started to unravel (her first ever Hunza and her absolute favourite) and her pink hat after one use the toggle broke. I don't ever get a reply from the live chat or email. I continue to purchase from this brand because I feel so confident in their swimwear but it's so expensive and I am fed up of everything becoming unraveled with 0 response or support in return. Please advise an email I can guarantee a response from please. I really want the Burberry bikini but I'm terrified of the same thing happening.

No response when asked to email. Incorrect Refund
