I had an issue and had to correspond with customer service ..the service and level of courtesy and understanding was exceptional and the “go to” position was to resolve and not dispute .
It was so refreshing to be received so well when in effect making complaint!The matter was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I expect this level of service in theory as this is a luxury product but to actually experience the service is something else again! Thank you guys.

Poor quality - won’t last more than a season
I’m now onto my second pair and what I thought was a defect in the first appears to be a systemic issue. Both times my swimmers have gone completely sheer despite following care instructions. It seems that whilst they look nice and hold their shape/ are good to swim in, they won’t last more than a season for quality issues. They simply cannot sustain normal usage, despite the premium price tag. When I wrote to Hunza G both times, they tried to put the blame on me for not following care instructions. Having spoken to friends, their experience with the quality is the same. Warning to anyone considering spending big- it’s not worth it.

I had an issue with one of my costumes and emailed to let Hunza know, the customer service has been phenomenal, my costume has been replaced and the girls were very efficient with the replies, wouldn’t hesitate o ordering again and recommending to friends and family x

Extremely shocked at their lack of customer service on a faulty swimsuit
Extremely shocked at their customer service when I notified them of an almost complete colour loss on the bubble gum pink swimsuit as well as elasticity loss in parts, despite following rigidly the care instructions and very light wear. Selfridges refused to refund or replace it despite seeing multiple photos and said it was outside of their 6 month policy for guarantee when it wasn't and I sent them the evidence receipts on that. Hunza G then refused to take responsibility either so I am left with a swimsuit costing almost £200 that is fit for the bin... Selfridges said my only option was to pay myself for an independent analysis of the swimsuit. So please beware buying these expensive swimsuits.. happy to show the pictures of what has happened to mine

We would like to clarify that Hunza G Customer Care can only manage product claims and aftercare for purchases made directly through HunzaG.com. Where an item has been purchased through a third-party retailer, any claim or resolution must be managed by the original place of purchase.
We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, however, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. Applying it consistently is important to ensure that our approach is fair and equal for all of our customers, regardless of where their Hunza G purchase was made.
We’re sorry that we’re unable to assist with your claim directly and hope you’re able to reach a suitable resolution with Selfridges.

Great customer service
The parcel was delivered, by royal mail, to my neighbour in error. The team at Hunza G were so helpful in locating it quickly, the swimsuit is amazing and I am vey happy with my purchase. It was my first order and won't be the last one!

I would have the costume in every…
I would have the costume in every colour if I could. They fit beautifully and are so comfortable. I’ve just ordered the bubblegum pink and can’t wait to wear it on my next holiday. The customer service is also brilliant. You get a message back really quickly which is so helpful.

Amazing customer service
After purchasing a Hunza G I was so upset when it had lost its colour after 1st time use abroad- I reached out to their customer care and Ruby and Chloe were absolutely amazing! I do not know anywhere with such good customer service- I was worried after spending so much, but they were kind and helpful and resolved the issue within a day! Replacement swimsuit I am so happy as I love the fit so much it’s literally perfect! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I've always wanted a Hunza G swimsuit and finally purchased myself one, but accidentally entered the wrong house number. Chloe with customer support reached back out to me promptly and addressed the issue. Lost all elasticity after a handful of wears…
I rarely leave reviews but I feel compelled to leave one for Hunza G. I have had my swimsuit for just over 2 years, it has completely lost its elasticity in many places despite me painstakingly following the care instructions. I have only worn it on a handful of holidays, never wrung it out, carefully hand washed it and laid flat to dry. I cannot fathom that a product that costs this much and is designed to last a long time would be fit for the bin after 2 years. I reached out to customer support and they told me there wasn’t anything they could do to help as my product was out of the year warranty. I have had swimsuits from primark that last years. Nothing should have happened to this swimsuit in 2 years, it’s outrageous. They did offer me a small % off my next purchase but I tried to say that I wouldn’t be willing to buy another very expensive product from hunza, discount or no discount, if this is what happens after a couple of years and not many wears. Looking at other reviews too, I am not the only person this has happened to. Very disappointed at the quality and upset with their customer service too.

We are genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed you are with the condition of your swimsuit and, of course, understand how frustrating it must be to feel that it has not lasted as you expected, particularly after only a handful of wears.
We would, however, like to clarify the reason for our decision. While the swimsuit is unfortunately outside of our one-year warranty period, the main reason we were unable to offer a replacement was that the care instructions had not been followed. Our Hunza G pieces need to be machine washed according to the care instructions provided, rather than hand washed. We appreciate that hand washing may seem like the gentler option, but our specific care guidance is designed to help maintain the fabric's elasticity and integrity over time.
We completely appreciate that this may not be the response you were hoping for, and we are sorry that you have been left feeling disappointed with both the product and your experience with our Customer Care team. We do take feedback such as yours seriously and are always looking at how we can improve both our products and the information we provide around their care.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we are sorry that on this occasion we have not been able to reach the resolution you had hoped for.
