Doing our Trust and will we went into our local branch as they said they could fulfill the notarizations requirements. We had about six docs to be notarized. They helped us through the process with a great attitude and patience. The surprising thing was at the end their was no charge. They stated they do this as a service for members. This was amazing. We have been customers since 1984. Thanks especially to Somnook

To do anything with your online account is Ridiculous!!! Their website is fine, but the online accounts for customers is Ridiculous!!!

This credit union is taking a monthly fee out of my savings account. I receive no paperwork on this account and I am unable to go online to look at this, 5 supervisors were unable to make this happen.
This credit union sent back to another bank 18,000 dollars of my money. The bank that sent the money to me said I could not have it because they believed that I was a bad person fraud. Never had I had so many problems with a bank and I am older.
They falsified one of my accounts and added many new charges on a account that has never been late and has automatic withdraw. I have never had a bank charge because my payments have been on time for over 5 years and more. Very very bad business. When you call someone they can not ever add correctly. I can not tell you how many times they put payments into the wrong account over and over again. They are so bad in my opinion. They need to go back to school and learn how to count.

I have been with this Credit Union for over 25 years. I have always been very happy with the service they have provided to me until the last few months when they have been charging me hundreds of dollars for NSF Fees. Which is wrong because I don’t have checks only a debit card. And I had opted out of the overdraft protection because you are not supposed to be able to overdraft your account with only a debit card but recently I have been charged between $100-200 in overdraft fees. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating. But I am disabled and on Social Security and they now that they will get the money back when I get paid every month and that’s not okay. I have started experiencing this issue for the past 4 months now and it is burying me in debt. I can’t afford those fees nor should I be being charged them in the first place.
