Check delivery times
I Paid for next day delivery online and my order was delivered the day after. I called and spoke to an adviser and was informed i missed the shut off time of 2pm so I should have gone for the standard delivery!
The website (which is good should) have notified of an expected delivery date then i could have saved the company £10 and the cost of a return visit for our engineer.

i phoned to order some ventilation trunking and thing and mark g was so helpful. i liked to point out i am mental disabled and the knowlege friendlyness and helping me set up a account and spending time explaining everything was 10 out 5 everyone must go here as Mark g is amazing and helpful and i love spending with companies that care what a great person too and great at taking order

Great Service and Very Competitive Prices
Its very hard to find a helpful service these days, but at i-sells it's very different, I had difficulty in matching ductwork to my extractor hood, I ended up speaking with Marc in technical sales and he was absolutely marvellous, he made the time to find the components I required, we were on the phone close to an hour where I sent him photos of the kitchen hood with dimensions of the duct outlets and an additional fan I was installing in the duct run, Marc took the time to search for all the components required which he found to complete the install. This level of service and dedication these days is extremely rare, Marc - your a credit to your company, well done and a very big thank you

They go the extra mile
Not many companies go the extra mile, but i-sells do, I had placed an order and all went well, dispatched on time etc. The weak link in the chain was Royal Mail, they tried to deliver the product and left a card. I set up a re-delivery and asked it to be delivered to a local post office so I can collect. Royal Mail tried to deliver to my house again! With my frustration I contacted i-sells, they immediately went into action and sent my order out again via a different courier. I received my order the next day with no issues, all I can say is, Ted and Koray from dispatch are a great team and I thank them for their dedication to customer support. I will have no hesitation in buying from them again.

I phoned company to check sizing stated…
I phoned company to check sizing stated on the website for a vent. The website measurements turned out to be wrong. Annette, who answered the phone was so helpful even said she was going to double check with the manufacturers and phone me back. Which she did with all the information and more. A company who answers the phone, checks their information and calls you back....not something you experience most of the time these days. Products were excellent too.

I was initially a bit sceptical about the comapny name, i-sells sounded like a generic name for anything, rather than a specialist company. After looking at their website and reading postive reviews, I bought from them. Absolutely excellent service and a knowledgable company. Would definitely recommend.
