Replacement Hygrometer required
I needed a replacement for what I would call a thermostat?: tried Amazon couldn't find what I needed. Went on the company site, still no joy. Ingrid typed if I needed help, I tried to explain what I needed, she had a good look all the while saying she would find what I needed. After at least 45 minutes of Ingrid looking on different sites, she said she would get a member of the installation team to phone me, I explained that I was deaf and at that point wanted to end our conversation. Ingrid then asked me to send a picture of the device to the company email, she finally found the one I needed and gave me the name Hygrometer organised, she then told me a replacement was being sent out . What a helpful lady as I suspect all your staff are
