Peggy helped me resolve an issue I had with an incorrectly assembled ratchet spring resulting in a damaged freehub. Had a replacement sent out right away and followed up on the process til its arrival. Very trustworthy outfit.

I was in the market for a wheelset and came across ICAN. I saw some reviews on YouTube that got my attention. They were running sale for other sets but not the one I was interested in. It shipped quickly and the quality seems excellent. I can't wait to put the FL50 II on my bike!

I inquired about the cost of shipping a frame set to Canada, Peggy responded and answered my questions. There was no pressure to buy immediately and she provided me with a good deal of the costs.
She kept me updated on the process from the time the frame set was ordered, through the painting process, she provided pictures and followed up after delivery. The frameset looks great and the weight is within the margins.

I was looking for a new gravel bike frame and checked out several options in Germany, but couldn’t really find the right one. That’s when I came across the Triaeri Graro frameset. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but after reaching out to Peggy, she quickly answered all my questions and made me feel confident about the order.

After placing the order, she kept me updated with photos and information. Yesterday the frameset arrived in excellent condition, perfectly protected and undamaged thanks to the careful packaging. The quality makes a really strong impression, and the custom paint job looks absolutely stunning. The frame is also surprisingly lightweight.

I’m excited to finish building the bike and can’t wait to see how it rides!

Absolutely love the ICAN Graro frameset. Super versatile with wide tire clearance, lightweight and stiff carbon build, and all the modern standards you’d expect (T47, UDH). Great value for the price. Custom paint has good quality and look really lovely, no paint defects as well. Couldn’t be happier with this frameset.

I placed an order for the hardware and some other bits I needed after speaking to Peggy about some questions I had regarding some questions I had about manufacturer recommendations. I placed my order with 100% confidence only to be 110% satisfied upon receipt of my order. Peggy and her crew went above and beyond to make my experience a rad one and I highly recommend them. I needed spare parts for the bike, model P1. Had a very good and fast communication and in the end we found out the correct parts. A very service friendly company some I can recommended.

I give the P9 frame 5-Stars for the value/performance. I ran a P9 frame with a cane creek DB coil i built up in 2021 on trails, enduro and downhill parks across the US. My local trails and DH tracks in Appalachia are rocky and wear on bikes. The frame survived 4 years before the first ridable crack appeared on the frame near the lower rear shock eylet. The second crack occurred a few weeks later in the lower head tube on a local DH track known to eat bikes. It was not a catastrophic crack and i didn’t notice until i felt play in the headtube at the bottom. Unfortunately this was not repairable and put the frame out of service. Based on the extreme abuse i put the P9 through, the average rider could get years more than I did.
I just bought another P9 frame to replace it so that says it all. Im confident in this frame and it quality compared to other carbon brands. My only gripe is the internal cable routing could be laid out better. I run my dropper internally and use the port meant for the dropper for my rear brake.
