Im sorry you were not satisfied with your experience

I can see the order was made on the 3rd July at 8.32pm, it was shipped the next day on the 4th on a non guarantee 24hr service, we also have an optional next day guaranteed service

It was delivered on the 6th of July (today) with photographs of the package in a letterbox, & from the email correspondence I see we are awaiting a reply from you

The timelines you mention above are incorrect im afraid, yet we will endeavour to resolve this for you as quickly as possible

Excellent service

Excellent service. I've ordered a few vapes and e-liquids from here. Next day delivery, can't fault them!

Dave C was amazing help

My experience was very good with ice head shop one of my orders got abit confusing but was soon sorted out didn’t have, had amazing help from Dave C thank you very much

Package not received in time

Package not received in time, ordered with 24 hours delivery and no arrival, presume. Disappointing as did research for a good company

Hi, I can see you ordered on Saturday & was shipped on Monday as per our opening hours

If you track your order with the tracking provided in the shipment email, you will see it was shipped on the Monday as stated during checkout

The 24hr delivery you selected is not a guarantee but an aim, we do have a next day guaranteed option available also

I apologise on Royal Mails behalf, we shipped on time & to the method selected

Generally almost all 24 hour deliveries arrive the next day yet theres no guarantee

This is my first buy from Ice

This is my first buy from Ice, I found their website easy and informative. Delivery was quick with no hassle and all I can say is that the seeds germinated. I would recommend Ice to my friends.

Smokes up

As always a go to destination for anything smoke related, great prices and a free gift, the choice between signed or not signed delivery and the delivery is always quick.

Great customer service

I had a problem with one of my vapes not working which they resolved very quickly. I was impressed with the customer service and prompt resolution and il be a returning customer soon im sure.
