Wir sind schon seit über 10 Jahren Kunde bei Icewarp Onpremise mit ~50 Usern. War bis zu Epos ein hervorragendes Produkte mit einem Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Aber über die Qualität von EPOS (Version 14.2) ist nur noch eines zu sagen und das ist erbärmlich und verschlimmbessert. Sehen uns jetzt dann gezwungen andere Anbieter zu suchen, dieses Produkt macht mehr Probleme als alles Wert ist. E-Mail verschwinden beim verschieben in andere Ordner, oder bleiben einfach im Ordner das sich keiner mehr auskennt, lange Ladezeiten von Webmail, und so und so weiter. Echt Schade. Den 2 Stern haben die sich nur durch die lange gute Partnerschaft verdient.
Problem with calendar module of on premise system.
We moved from Bitrix24 to ICEWAPRP on premise.
Calendar module in ICEWARP shows wrong free slots of other team members (timing difference of 1-2 hours).
System propose “free slots” while slots are actually occupied. Proposed meetings are rejected by other team members. We are forced to coordinate planning in mails.
Terrible experience with calendar module.
Functionality of mails is realy good.
Ich bin für einen Konzern tätig
Ich bin für einen Konzern tätig, der seit Jahren IceWarp einsetzt.
Leider gibt es dauerhaft und wiederkehrend Probleme, die IceWarp nie wirklich anzugehen scheint.
1) Immer wieder werden Mails z.B. doppelt oder dreifach angezeigt. Kurzzeitig ist das Problem dann behoben, danach tritt es wieder auf.
2) Mails, die mit IOS (Apple) im eigenen Mailsystem gelesen werden, stehen in der Browserversion weiterhin auf "ungelesen"
3) Performance-/Absturzproblem
Immer wieder kommt es zu Abstürzen, Auto Log-offs, etc.
Das Unternehmen IceWarp hat ihre Probleme nicht im Griff und täuscht immer wieder vor, diese behoben zu haben oder verschiebt Lösungen auf nächste Updates. Diese sind aber nicht enthalten, so dass neue Lösungen wieder auf das nächste Update verschoben werden.
Nach meiner jahrelangen täglichen Arbeit mit diesem System rate ich jedem ab, sich für diese Firma zu entscheiden.
Das einzige Argument auf deren Seite ist "billig", aber die Probleme kauft man sich mit.

Horrible experience with their support. The product constantly breaks and does not seem to handle higher loads (if 200+ users can be considered higher load).
ActiveSync causes problems constantly and recently mailboxes were corrupted (activesync only, webmail would work) yet there was no solution.
Its not open source so you cannot fix anything yourself. I would not recommend this product.

Excellent mail server with support
IceWarp is generally considered a secure email server solution, and using it for years without problems is a positive sign for us.

Fast response, excellent service. People on helpdesk are competent an helpful.

Excellent mail-service at reasonable price.
Our company has been using their services for over a decade.
In rare problems Icewarp's quick responses and problemsolving are always a joy.
Avoid at all cost
We used their product for email and kalendar management. Emails wouldn't arrive, WIP mails would get deleted when using the browser environment, kalendar events would not pop up when accepted from email, some kalendar events would dissappear by themselves.
This is a bad joke, please avoid.

Affordable alternative to MS cloud
I have been looking at different options to run my private mail server with on premise setup so I could have a full control over data.
Icewarp was a definite winner on my shortlist by the number of features offered at a decent cost. Even though in my use scenario conferences and chat are not used, this could be a great feature for others. I also like Documents webservice and cloud sharing features offered by icewarp. Recent Epos release delivered a bunch of enhancements which I personally like a lot, like attachments tracking, modern webmail and modern look.
Happy user for 3 years already!

It took a few minutes to connect
It took a few minutes to connect, however, the chat feature was great and the service quick. At first there was no answer found for my question, however, a few minutes later and solution was found and demonstrated and the issue was completed
IceWarp: I use it for 18 years and still recommended
I've been using the IceWarp server since 2005. Back then I was looking for an email server that was fast, not very expensive, robust, reliable, clearly and logically structured for administration and where I could also get quick personal help when I needed it need. IceWaro has met all of these criteria to date.

I have been using IceWarp Windows server software for over 10 years! So far everything has been working stably well. There are also only positive experiences with the support team. At first I thought that in the evenings after the end of the working day I could not communicate with a real support person, but I was wrong and I managed to chat with the support person over the chat window even at 22:30 in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised that I managed to get answers to technical questions so quickly.
