I saw them on Facebook, filled out the contact form and was contacted either later that day or the day after to organise a face-to-face appointment at our earliest convenience. Andrew travelled to meet us and gave sound advise on what may suit us best, not to mention a good sense of humour and an all-round great guy. It was all straight forward and he let us know clearly what is also expected of us as a company to allow us to put our best foot forward. It's not a meet and then never seen or heard again either, Andrew and the rest of the team are always just a phone call away should you ever need them for help or advice. Great people! Great service! Highly recommend!

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful

Those people do not take their business seriously. I've called them a month ago, left my details with them and no one bothered to contact me back. I'm a business seeking finance for my clients. Don't really know how this company still exists.

While the lady was most polite and helpful the link for finance didn’t work as expected I rang the loan and couldn’t get the finance off the one company as I needed a homeowner guarantor nothing to do with ideal4finance like I said the lady was very helpful and polite
