Perfect Case
Super easy to put together
Been using for a long while in. Dusty room and has kept my models inside in perfect condition. Definitely getting more of these.
Had an issue with a couple of missing screw pieces but the team were super quick and helpful with getting me the missing bits.

I've tried other places and found no one can touch IDisplayit for the quality of product, ease of assembly and professional packing. Special shout out to Sam for excellence in customer service! The whole team has been exceptional throughout. I have well over 2 dozen cases from small to large and everyone is just packed so well and always cut to fit perfectly. Love IDisplayit!

Great products, good value for money and good customer service. Just be aware they use FedEx for some of their delivery’s and FedEx are by far the worst delivery company on the planet. So I would message them before ordering just to make sure there not shipping yours using FedEx

I am so pleased with the customer service from idisplayit.

The turn around and delivery time was brilliant - how service should be. Not only that but I love the quality and simplicity in design of their products. So easy to put together, and all come with easy to read instructions.

This market is becoming more competitive for these display cases, however the level of service is not always the same across these other companies. Some of them say they are ‘Wicked’ but from someone who has been a loyal customer and spent a small fortune with them, I can tell you that their service has been far from it. Meaning that I have had to look and try elsewhere.

Man, am I glad that I did and that I discovered idisplayit. Their marketing might not be as flashy others but don’t be misled, as there is a thing as overselling yourself and not being able to deliver - idisplayit are clearly not in that group and take delivering for their customers very seriously.

Product dispatch from order date is very very quick and all items are very well packed, but not excessively so, that you end up with lots of packing to dispose of.

Have bought many items so far, and will continue to do so. Looking forward to continuing being a customer of idisplayit.

Smooth process from start to finish. Have ordered display cabinets from here for lego football stadiums.they are absolutely perfect. Very fast delivery would definitely recommend. *****.

Absolutely made up with cases for Lego mini figures,said 2 to 3 weeks before delivery,guess what 7 days from order delivery came!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service, product and whole experience from order to receipt

Bought 4 cases now over 2 orders. First off, I bought, Horizon Tallneck, Friends Central Perk & The Office. Second order, I purchased the Mandalorian Helmet case.

Lead time stated 3/4 weeks but both orders came within 1 week!

So easy to put together and look great!

Originally we purchased from another display company that we got refunds from as the delays were shocking with no real explanation! We will always get our cases from here now on!

Lightsaber display case is not all it seems .
While the description of the product states does not include lightsaber printed in red,it doesn't stipulate that the stand inside the display case is not included. When I contacted them I was told Darth Vader's lightsaber is supplied with a stand and that's their excuse if I wish to return the product I can but I pay the return postage of £8 it has already cost £8 to deliver they will then give me £66 refund.And they are are going to examine the wording of their description therefore be aware photos and descriptions may vary.

This is the first time ive ordered from iDisplayit. I purchased the case for the Lego Rivendell set and it is great, the vinyl back ground is a nice touch and add to the set making it standout more . It was easy to put together and arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. will be back for more in the near future for sure.

Cases are great looking and really easy to assemble. Delivery says 3-5 weeks but arrived much quicker.

I can highly recommend purchasing a display case.fantastic piece of kit and so easy to assemble.website says delivery can take between 3-5 weeks but received my case after 2 weeks.I have already ordered more cases and look forward to giving my displays that awesome touch.

The display case we received is an amazing product of workmanship. The artistic work is stunning. It came fully protected from breakage. It was easy to assemble, but so cleverly constructed, with intricate pieces that makes it an impressive finished product. We found it easiest to peel the blue protective plastic off by starting gently with our fingernail at the corners. We highly recommend the display case for the LEGO Titanic ship. We love it.

My first order. The shipping price is insanely high on EU order. £90 for the product and £37 for shipping.

Still, the product is excellent quality and the package very good, protecting the goods.

Delivered when seriously let down by another maker of Lego displays whom I won't name .

I ordered a few cases over the years which are technically a great product.

But...

There are several facst which make this company no more useful for European customers.

At first there is the enormous dispatch time. I have ordered my cases knowingly there might be a little delay, but I never estimated a whole month even before dispatch? Seriously this is not feeling like 2023 any more. I would understand this if the ordered cases would be Eiffel Tower or Titanic or other gigantic things. But they were more or less small boxes that should be on stock.

Second there is this damn Brexit - for sure iDisplay is not liable for that directly, but for us real Europeans this is pure horror. Not only we have to calculate the extra and real costs (why is this not on the website? It's just a small formula per country), it is also again massively time consuming until you get your order, as you have to pay first again, then proceed, wait for it and so on.

Of course this is not directly on the quality of the product, but the process itself for this amount of money is important as well, and then I am not willing to take the not that nice screws on the cases any more despite the huge selection range, if the rest is that hard to manage.

Had a display case made for my Lego Tinanic.Top quality, well made and fits together easily. I paid extra for the brown timber base and glad I did as it gives a good looking sturdy base . I would buy from them again no problem.

I ordered a made to order case for my Marble City model, to protect it and enhance its appearance. The iDisplayit case did all of that, with the clean precision cut lines of the panels. Added to that the ingenious turnbuckle fixing blocks and Allen key engineering screws made assembly easy and a perfect fit.
Just a long wait for delivery on a bespoke size case but well worth the wait. Thanks to the all at the iDisplayit.

With a little delay i got my display case for colosseum. Good communication of the delay reason.
