The primary reason would be the appointment of JEROY C as my manager someone who is fluent in my native language tamil.JEROY is a skilled and patient professional
When discussing the pros and cons of trading he truly understands my needs I face as if they were his own, ensuring they are resolved effectively.
Furthermore,the fact that IFOREX employs helpfull individuals in other departments such as GARIMA B ,SEFIRA ,CHRISTINA ,NISHAA ,NEHAS truly enhances the overall experience

First of all, Would like to inform you that Ihave been your customer for 15YEARS. 1997 onwards but still iam in only beginning stage with near about 50000 dollar loss.But the new management not considered since they are not known about our beginning support to IFOREX

Account Locked and No Proper Customer Support
I opened an account with iFOREX to do trading normally, but suddenly my account was locked because of a taxpayer/account verification issue. I did not intentionally choose any wrong option, and no proper warning or help was provided before locking the account.
I have already contacted customer support through WhatsApp, email, and live chat multiple times, but nobody is giving a clear response or proper solution. My funds are stuck and I cannot access my trading account.
This experience has been very stressful and disappointing. A financial platform should support customers properly instead of ignoring them after deposits are made.
I request iFOREX to review my account fairly, unlock it, and provide proper customer support immediately.
