I can't recommend Samantha L at IMH highly enough.

She is kind, patient, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions.

We secured a good deal on our mortgage 5 yrs ago with IMH so for this current remortgage, we didn't hesitate in engaging with the IMH team again. Giles deserves a special mention - he knows his stuff and is detailed but makes the information gathering tolerable with his manner and style (and a decent sprinkling of humour when we were flagging!).

Recently had our mortgage and protections review with Izzie Malia, through IMH. We are lifetime subscribers to the service as they make the process feel seamless. After two, 1 hour meetings with Izzie, all our mortgage and protections are in place. Izzie explained everything in great detail and was not phased when we asked for clarification on any aspect. Izzie was extremely helpful, supportive and informative throughout. Would recomment using IMH to support your mortgage and protections.

We were contacted well in advance of our mortgage renewal to ensure we were on top of this. Our adviser, James Woodford, has been fantastic throughout the process. James was knowledgeable, but equally as important, he was kind. He answered our questions clearly, and handled sensitive information in relation to our protection cover with the utmost respect and care.
We never felt pressured into taking out any of the recommendations he provided, and he worked with us to make it fit our budget whilst still offering a good level of protection cover. He found us a better mortgage product than we could find ourselves and was very quick/responsive to messages. Thank you to James.

I recently remortgaged, a thing I dread doing, but with the help and advice from Izzie Malia it was so easy and seamless. Richard has been great. He has been responsive and very quick with considering what is best for my circumstances. Richard has listened and answered any queries I have had throughout the process of remortgaging. His skills, expertise and explainations have been much appreciated!

They are terrible - they blocked a mortgage offer rate without telling us/getting our approval - preventing us from renewing our mortgage with our current bank. When they called back to finalize, they informed us the new mrtgage could only start 90 days after, when our current bank could have started it immediately - and we could have availed of a lower offer immediately. They said then they could only cancel the offer, and in the meantime the new offers had higher interest. They cost us big time and were not even apologetic. They lied about being able to also start the rate immediately and they blocked the interest rate offer without telling us so our current bank could not conclude the mortgage without IMH releasing the offer back. They are incompetent and lack empathy. Terrible service, terrible advisors who do not do their due diligence.

Ebony was highly knowledgeable and helpful throughout each stage of this process. It can be quite overwhelming to sort all of this out so having her expertise was essential in getting the right outcomes for me.
