I ordered one of the live bags. Never found the live feed it was meant to be from. Received the goods and they were awful. Not worth the money and looked to free sample. I have requested a retuned which i then sent back. It was received back to them 26th October. I chased them to see why not refunded. I was advised they would look into it. No reply so messaged again. I have now been accused of raising a charge back and been told this has cost them £15 so i cant have my money until this is sorted. I have not raise a charge back. All i have done is advise klarna the items been retuned. Ive now asked for my complaint to be escalated but no reply to the emails and still no refund.

The fun is in the hidden gem. Tgey are usually cheap tat but it is still fun. Candles are ok but not worth buying withiut the hidden gift. I made the mistake of getting a mystery bag abd expected at least one item to have a jewel but was disappointed to find it was all non gem products.

They are great at sending out flashy emails.

They simply don’t deliver your stuff.

Ordered 23 September. No sign of delivery yet.

Don’t take my one experience as gospel- read the other reviews too.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Please look up their registered office on Companies House. They are going into liquidation and still selling people things of terrible quality and with zero customer service

Used to be the best strongest scent throws, not any more.
Used to guarantee sterling silver in all candles, now most are stainless steel for higher prices.
Customers service was once top tier, it took over 4 weeks to get back to me about my missing order, promised discount voucher never sent.

Sent me someone elses parcel so I received their personal details, and someone will have received mine. They haven't asked the other party to discard my information, never even asked me to destroy theirs. Felt that is wasnt harmful enough to raise a gpdr breach. If it could cause harm, which telephone number name and address are considered harmful to disclose, it should be reported.

Id run from this clearly failing buisness that once was a wonderful start up

Unable to see the worth of my jewellery and the appraisal part of the site no longer works!

Nice enough candle but if I wanted a nice enough candle I could of got one for cheaper - these prices are for the fun aspect of the jewellery - unfortunately it's temu grade - badly made, looks incredibly cheap kind of stuff id expect to cost a pound or two - so you wait excitedly you pull the foil out and you're met with something you think would make your skin turn green of you wore it.

DO NOT BUY!!! I placed an order in July which is still showing as "unfulfilled" on the website. I have sent 3 messages, no reply. Tried calling, no answer. I am so upset as it was an 80th birthday gift for my mum.

Ordered a tokyo candle for an anniversary gift and it should've had a sterling silver necklace, one of two designs guaranteed. It had a stainless steel gold coloured necklace in (my partner doesnt wear gold coloured jewellery) sent an email and forgot to add pictures so the reply from them was asking for pictures. Then silence... nothing. I've replied again to chase it up and still no reply. It's been a week since I sent the images of the necklace so if they do ever get back to me and make it good I'll change my rating, but until then it's 1 star.

I LOVE the scent of the Black Raspberry candle, such a powerful fruity scent that fills the room!

I got such a cute silver and blue ring from the candle too. I’m wearing it as I type and have had compliments already!

In the same order, I got a mystery candle, and I was really looking forward to revealing the ring as I’d received such a pretty ring from my Black Raspberry candle, but my excitement fizzled out when I opened the packet to reveal… the exact same ring as in my Black Raspberry candle. I can’t even give it away as I don’t know peoples ring sizes. The scent of the mystery candle was ok, nothing to write home about as it was rather baby-power scented and nowhere near as strong as the other candle.

Imperial candles, perhaps keep a ledger of what rings are in what candles? I’d understand if they were in separate orders, but to order two candles at once and receive the same ring twice seems like a huge oversight in your marketing and business practice.

To customers - don’t expect to get different jewellery pieces in different candles…! Just buy one and done otherwise you risk duplicates.

No issues with delivery, speedy dispatch with Royal Mail.

EDIT: lost a stone after a month. Not impressed with the jewellery quality.

The candle brilliant it burned well and evenly ,bright and lasted long, I also like the little supplies that I got inside of the candle it which was well wrapped and it's this little packaging. The order was great and the delivery was great

The candles themselves are ok, although they did used to have a stronger scent. I was given 2 as a gift as I have always been a fan and asked my daughter for them as a Christmas gift. 1st one smell was good, the earrings were pretty but one didn't clasp shut. Lit the second candle a few days ago, barely any smell and low and behold exactly the same set of earrings with exactly the same problem. Very disappointing

Used this company once before and I was happy with the service, however this time around it was Farcical at best.
Order totalled £90 and paid extra for 3-5 days delivery 10 days later no parcel! order tracking showed unfulfilled order! Sent an email nothing! No reply, followed this up with a further email saying that I would instigate chargeback if I had no reply, I received a reply saying that my order was “stuck” in there system (whatever that means) I received the order 3 days later. I then emailed requesting a refund on the extra delivery as they did not fulfill that part of my order. I paid for 3-5 days and it took more than 2 weeks! They have responded saying that I did get my order! It’s shocking customer service. It’s a great product that is ruined by incompetence

Brought a soap, got to the bottom and no jewellary, my friend i gave one to also had nothing, now waiting to see if the other 3 i ordered are all the same that ive given to friends, ive double checked and the correct order went in to add jewellary.

The items are all wonderful and innovative.
I made a mistake with my order, but it was rectified within a few days.
Company is highly recommended, and the items are beautiful. All recipients were over the moon with the novel presents.

These candles i have been buying for many years. And over the years they have got worse !
The candles smell nice when they come, they dont smell too strong when burning and then after first burn dont smell at all unless you stick your nose in.
Several times now i have had to contact customer service as the jewellery is damaged. Necklace broke. Diamond missing from ring. Yes they have replaced the jewellery but you dont expect this in the first place. They are not exactly cheap ! I have been in touch AGAIN as i bought 2 teddies from them. Sophie and juno which are advertised as cuddly teddies you can insert scented bags in. Both the teddies i have had to stitch back up. Juno needed and arm and both legs. Sophie started off her wings, then an arm the other wing. Then both legs and the whole underside had split open and i have now had to throw this away. This was a huge comfort to my child, who is sen, for when we moved house. I have had to look elsewhere for a replacement because customer service are ignoring my emails.
I dont usually write reviews, but as i did write a good review to help this company, i am now writing this one to be honest about them after waiting for over a month for a response which im clearly not going to get.
If i was you, i would look elsewhere. Buy a candle you know is nice and the smell lasts and buy your jewellery from a jewellery shop where you know you have warrenty to fix it if needed.
You wont get much from these

I paid extra for a Sterling Silver Necklace but what i received was a gold plated one. When I complained I was told that as the base metal is sterling silver, I got what I paid for. I paid extra for sterling silver as I have an allergy to yellow gold. I was pleased with the candle initially as it smelt lovely but the jewellery inside was not what I paid for. The customer service is awful, I asked them to refund the extra that I had paid for sterling silver and they have refused.
I will not be buying from them again!

Unfortunately it looks like this company has ceased trading the only part of the business that is still running is their bank account which had no problem taking money out of mine.

I placed an order on the 6th of January 2026 with a confirmation email. Since then there’s been no more communication despite my efforts in emailing and also telephoning the contact numbers available.
More concerning was the automated email I received after sending one on the 10th January which read all our staff are off for the Christmas holidays and will be back in the office on Monday January 5th.

Please be aware if you are thinking of placing an order with this company.

As others have mentioned my order was dispatched a couple of hours after this review appeared.
It eventually arrived on January 16th to which the recipient was very happy happy with the product.

Maybe it’s a case of the company knowing that their products will sell despite long waits on delivery and not much communication from customer support.
