Unreliable bad customer service
Currently bin doing their diaries got to 4th day and they decided to invite me to the next week's diary and cancelled the one I had already half completed emailed them they apologised told me it was a system error just complete the new one left it at that did the new diary thought it was just a one of 2 weeks go by and the exact same thing happens again emailed them twice a day when I got the reminder to fill in new diary to say you now have an extra 8 days surveys off me will I receive anything for that for all my emails 14 in total being ignored ridiculous waste of time you will never know if you will get a reward or not now bin doing these diaries for over a year now with no issues till recently customer service always responded to me till recently now they just don't care and ignore you

Awful company treated my wife like a schoolgirl when app didn't upload data yet it had uploaded data the previous month and she got a message 10 minutes later saying we've got your data even though she had done nothing.
They should rename their company incompedent

I installed the app for over a month and still didn’t receive in rewards for using the useless app. Customer service isn’t good to resolve any issues.

I don’t use ‘the app’ didn’t know there was one. I get an email daily for one week telling me to fill in my diary of what 8 watched on tv ,interacted with social media shopping apps, basically my online activities in one day. For this I get a £5 marks and Spencer gift voucher. You can choose an Amazon one. This arrives end of the week I completed the survey.
I also do a separate transaction with ipsosiris which means I have a vpn installed on my three devices and I get £10 worth of points added to my account which add up to £120 a year. You can then access a catalogue to spend them. The latter are pretty responsive. I wonder if reviewers are confusing the two separate surveys.

I was told I would receive a 5 pound voucher after I filled in a weeks worth of information but when I Finnished I received nothing I emailed them 3 times I have had no response not worth wasting your time
Resolved
Today I was called by a charming lady from the company and everything has now been resolved. My reward points are showing on my account and I have agreed to give this one more go. Hopefully, all will be good this time around. What a shame it needed to get to this stage but at least all is now well. The help I received today was top-class customer service.

They have great surveys they are very good and very well presented and it makes life very easy and they give you your monthly points without any delays.
Their rewards catalogue is excellent and they have great items to be claimed.

I’ve been completing the 7 day diary for a few years without any issue at all, then after my last one in August, I never received my reward and there’s no reply to emails nor calls, one to avoid 👎🏻
Problems with the app and lack of support

I have joined this apps since 7th September and I am having issues with it already. I have been trying get their support in fixing the issues with the app but just going around in circles. I can’t keep the app running in the background as it’s interfering with my connection and cannot access other apps, emails and websites.the only thing I can have access to is Instagram. Is anyone experiencing this? I messaged few times but they keep saying the same thing over again and no no response from them part from insufficient data collected. Im just getting annoyed and frustrated with the app. Regret joining and will delete the app and anything attached with this app.

Im surprised by the negative reviews honestly. I had the app on my phone for about 4 months and was having trouble downloading the thing onto my windows laptop. This was the barrier between me and claiming rewards through the catalogue. I managed to link it with my new macbook and just put in for my first order via the rewards- a very nice jumpsuit from Nobodys Child and a twenty quid voucher that we'll spend in toby carvery tomorrow. Not too much fuss and quite a good reward. I don't know how much longer i'll use it but good for a while :)

I got an invitation
I got an invitation. Entered access code. One of the terms says 'Download our app to your phone. This will detect what you listen to on the radio, watch on TV and the apps/websites used on your phone'. Good thing I read the reviews too. I think its waste of time.
No good
Made my phone practically unusable. Constant connection problems that disappeared as soon as deleted.
Feeling harassed
So glad I looked into the reviews because I feel that they are harassing me to download the app. After reading the reviews no way am I downloading the app.

Been doing radio dairy panel survey since it started a few years ago now they have started with an app and vpn supposed to only be tracking mic on phone yet it’s snooping on everything blocking my activity so have to stop the app then they bombard you with emails and text messages say they will remove you from panel they invading my privacy then think they have a right to dictate to you how I must keep this running always its my phone removing them it’s no good an app not fit for purposes.

Avoid at all costs. Not worth the hassle. Slows down phone, constant messages regarding insufficient or no data. Their solutions to fix problems did not work.

Do not download this app or vpn ,slowed my phone down and drained the battery also constant texts about insufficiant data being captured, this is constant 24/7 data harvesting for the same £10 a month that was paid by radio diary for 1 weeks info done online which was less intrusive than this ,I never received any payment from them at all.
