For a number of consecutive months, the online ordering and payment systems on the website of this company has failed to work. Had to call the company (only open Monday to Friday), told them again their website will not take the payment for the order. Again told that they were aware and IT was looking into it. Time to bring in some outside experts to sort it out then be ause the problem has been going on for months.

They could see the order in my basket,but not the delivery instructions. These are very important as my wife has a disability and cannot answer the door to take deliveries in, so I always add a delivery instruction.

The delivery note was added and I asked for the order to be delivered next day. The payment was taken, I received confirmation of the order from the company. Then the problem started,they use EVRI as the courier. Got my notification from EVRI and checked the app. Delivery day came, nothing no contact from the courier. Rang the company, who refund the next day delivery fee and was told they would chase it up. Still no delivery the next day or today. Now almost the weekend, so it looks like it will be next week, so will have to call the company again. EVRI app seems to indicate a problem, but again not enough information.
I will call the company, cancel the order,request a refund, put a full complaint in and ask for my account to be closed. I will shop elsewhere.

Despatch 2days a little slow however delivery from Evri quick fitted in letterbox no problem arrived in 4 days. Item was fine.

Product and packaging (discreet without logos or words to identify contents) excellent but EVRI delivery slow and took even longer than paid for.

Despatch not the quickest, purchased saturday night and not despatched till Wednesday... then let down by use of EVRI, who are totally inept at delivering anything other than misery....

Had difficulty purchasing through google took around five goes over a few days and was not updated very well
