First time using ..
I am a mobile Detailer so thought I would try them as they are always popping up ..
but hasn’t been a good start.
I have been sent the wrong item, I got in touch with them to sort this but it is taking forever to get sorted.
I have just been told to basically wait while they look into it… it’s something so simple to sort and replace but made into something difficult

Service and shipping was excellent and the fact the products are brilliant means it’s a fantastic company

Easy to navigate the website for ordering, good explanation of the product. Good product and reasonable prices. Fast delivery.

Absolute disgraceful customer service after ordering for the company for my business and multiple lies stating order was out for delivery when it was clearly not the case this is completely unacceptable

since the change of delivery company service has improved 100% !! still not accepting "epic" as a distcount code

First time buying since the take over. As suspected it's going down hill.

Bought multiple mistory boxes before take over on this was the first since take over and very disappointed with it.

Previous boxes were always new unreleased products. This first box just same old products.

You can tell people aren't that happy with the boxes as these used to be sold out in hours. Been out for over a week now and still not sold out.

Think from now on I will be watching the unboxing video of the mystery box before purchasing which I know defeets the object of the mystery box but rather that than waste money on something that isn't new

My order did not get delivered due to the delivery company error, contacted Infinity Wax, they immediately sent a new order on priority, which I received the next day.

Great service, rapid dispatch and superb communication. Highly recommended, unfortunately straight after application it rained. Water has run off my car and the dirt has not stuck to it so far. Thank you.
