Brilliant product..my car has never looked so good

Ordered a product over a week ago this company uses evri as there courier so it comes as no surprise I have not received my item so for that reason I will not be using this company again

I ordered synergy-2-year-ceramic-coating on the 17th of September and paid for next day delivery . I still haven't received it and when I contacted customer service they could tell my where it was .

This company used to be a good company but since they have been took over by Tetrosyl they have maintained a good quality of products but the delivery company they use being EVRI has ruined it for me when they used to use DHL you could normally always guarantee delivery by 2 pm but not anymore the phone never answers and the delivery times are totally unreliable

After all the carry on on social media, I was hesitant on putting another order through, it was actually better than any previous deliveries I've had, with the same DX delivery driver - 10/10

I ordered my items and they were with me 2 working days later. They were well packaged and although I haven’t used them yet, I have no doubt they’ll be as great as the infinity wax products I’ve used in the past.

Emails sent, phone calls made and I keep having to ring back to get answers. I’ve spent ££££ with IW over the years but the quality of work and products have gone down rapidly.

There was an issue with the original order and it was resolved within 24hrs. Brilliant customer service. The products are fantastic !

Just bought their Synergy QD. If you have a ceramic coated vehicle, this is the QD for you. It is amazing, easy on and easy off. Incredible slickness once buffed. I applied with a microfiber applicator pad which was a lot easier and controllable, a couple of sprays (3 max) on the panel and a couple on the applicator pad, apply in a cross-hatch pattern, wait a couple of seconds (don't let it dry) and level with a short pile cloth then follow with a plush one for the final buff. The slickness is amazing. The water beading is top notch. I did a A-Class in 15-mins. Supposedly get 6 months out of one application but it's that easy you could apply every 3/4 washes just to keep it topped up, especially over the winter periods. If you have a ceramic coated vehicle, get this product in your kit bag now, highly recommend.

Ordered Monday afternoon arrived the next day. No problem with courier and goods arrived as it should. WET GLOSS is terrific used about a 6th of the bottle spraying neat maybe should try in the lance diluted. Instant results after application and rinse off.

Just does what says does easy to order quick delivery

Placed an order on Monday (over £60, so free next-day delivery). The parcel never arrived and customer service only replied that they would “monitor it.” By Friday the order had to be re-dispatched. When the second parcel finally arrived, it was missing triggers and had broken lids.

Before the takeover by Tetrosyl, Infinity Wax was a world-class brand — customer support was excellent and parcels always arrived the very next day. Sadly, this experience shows how far things have slipped.
