Pretty poor online scanning service. It seems to be a very inaccurate way of measuring your online presence. I'm listed with quite a few websites but the scanner says I'm not.

I found Damian very easy to deal with. And what he said he would do he done and a bit more. Would recommend him to anyone.

Comes as nice and friendly in the beginning, then missell services.
Also i got more results with my own Google £200 campaign than with their professionally trained staff and £300 campaign.
Unacceptable fraudulant use of my debit card details which they should not have kept as the contract was for one month only as per phone conversations.
I do hope they are PCI and GDPR compliant doing so but doubt it seriously...

Where to start! They make out that they are a massive business but they are certainly not! The Ads campaign they run for me was hopeless, they go on about this free £250 credit but it’s all lies - they take at least 50% of money you hand over in fees but don’t tell you that!

If your running an Ads campaign ask them for proof that they put in what you had over! My clicks vs budget did not come to what I handed over that’s for sure!

Waste of time, only interested in how much they can take off you but quick to ignore you when you have an issue - STAY WELL CLEAR!

The customer service and help and infoserve was brilliant, thanks to Darren and Michael. The website is easy to use and looks great, editing the website and re-publishing is so quick and easy. I've used other website builders and this is head and shoulders better than any other I've ever used and from the off my clients are complimenting my website.

From first interaction the team over promise and under deliver - in such a competitive market you are best served looking elsewhere, stay away!

Aggressive and misleading marketing. II didn't get any of the help I was promised and paid for.

In this world of companies promising the earth and delivering little, Infoserve stands out as a company who can deliver and do it with understanding and professionalism. It is a pleasure to deal with them, and in particular Matt Budd who has guided us through the art of achieving results without the jargon and hype often associated with online marketing

Infoserve have managed our GoogleAds campaign brilliantly.
We are not spending 10's of thousands of pounds a year but we still feel valued. I can see where every penny is going and I am very comfortable with where it is going.
The part I love most though is they are help educate all of us in the business with the level of data they provide and actually learning how to manage an ad campaign along side listing manager.
Here is to a long lasting business relationship!

Great support with Infoserv, the dashboard for local directories is very easy to navigate and use, and Amanda has been a great help with keeping on top of things, with a knowledgable team at hand for issues arising.

Amanda is brilliant, she contacts me on a regular basis explaining our website and how the results work. Amanda is very informative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Persistently rude. I have had several calls from these awful people "Hello, I'm calling on behalf of Google". . . .or "Yahoo." When I asked them to stop calling me they didn't. Eventually I blocked their number. That wasn't good enough for the rep. They called me back again and told me they had "300 telephone lines" they could call me back on. Their calls are intimidating and unacceptable. They will stop at nothing to try and solicit business from you.

Having been with this company a number of months I can highly recommend this company to help grow your buisness and get more customers. Nikita has been very helpful in targeting specific areas to improve and generate more buisness.
